From an outside view of this matchup, this looks like a potential for the game of the week. One of the leading contenders for the Heisman (Ameer Abdullah) is taking on a top 3 defensive team. So who must perform besides Ameer for a Husker win? I believe that this game will have to have a couple big passing plays by the huskers so that Ameer doesn't get hit constantly. With the type of defense Mich St plays with their corners the possibility for long passes is there but it will be hard to get the pesky defenders off the receivers for Tommy to time them up. While on the other side Mich St has a formidable offense against a good defense, that shows times of inconsistency. I feel as though the way that Michigan State can win this game is come out and score two touchdowns in the very early stages of the game, because the Huskers defense usually takes a quarter or two to get going. The potential Big Ten championship matchup game looks like a good one, but if these two play again would it be bad to win this game? The one who loses would probably become motivated, especially if these two do play in the big ten matchup game. That is just my opinion on this game so now I am gonna give you my pick...Nebraska -7 Mich St +7 Nebraska 27 Mich St 17
