Come on fellas, if you cant have fun doing this then its not worth it. I dont make a living off this and neither do 99.9% of gamblers. This is my hobby/vice/passion, which makes it economically feasible (meaning of course that I can justify my looses becuase I would have spent the money elsewhere anyways ). College football has moved down a notch since about 18 months ago.... . However, I think it helps me focus when I do have time to watch sports/"study".
I am a year older and a year wiser. That, as Im sure you are aware, does mean more knowledgable. I know cfb and all the angles/trends/stats/situations etc. But, I use my intuition and eyes more than anything. I havent paid a bookie or depsited online for over 4 years now (almost 5), beleive it or not. No, I am not making $1 million per year, just keeping a bankroll up.
I've been on here about 12 years now. I am also more savvy to the covers forums. You will see lots of new faces, *locks*, GOM/GOY, people on 34-2 runs that thought they would make their 1st post to "help everyone"....My advice? Grain of salt people. There is a vasy amount of knowledge that can be gained here, you just gotta sift through the sh!t...its not all gold.
I will help the trolls out. Heres whats wrong with most of my threads:
1) I post unavailable lines
2) My parlays are ridiculous
3) I play waaaay too many games
4) I'm too arrogant/cocky
I am what I am. Good or bad. I'm not cocky or arrogant. If you read my threads you will understand its all sarcasm. I do play a lot of games, but I aint betting 5k per game. $100-500 is pretty much it. So yeah, on a saturday I will have 2-3K in bets. I dont understand what thats inconceivable to some. I'd rather try and go 16/25 than 2/3. Accuracy by volume.
Like I said in a thread last year, I have no illusions about myself......
I dont gamble to win. I gamble so I can gamble tomorrow.
Plays in a bit.....
