the more rational approach to "rationalizing" a loss... is to understand this simple fact: you can bet the right side, from a handicapping standpoint, and still lose... it is a little understood (in this forum, at least) concept called... VARIANCE!
shit happens... get over it! and in the sake of this game... from a handicapping standpoint... if you bet on So Miss... you bet the wrong side! you were lucky as hell to even be close!
