This is the third time DT has been in some sort of traffic violation incident. I know think that Masoli took the fall for DT last time the 2 of them got pulled over.

Please let this be true.

DT isn't getting suspended for this game unless he gets into more trouble in the next few weeks, this incident has been known for a while by the coaches and admins

As has been noted, this has been known for a while now.  Nothing had ever come of this till now.

Donbest, LVSC, and sportsoptions all sent the alert through within 3 minutes of each other.  They have information that you don't in Mom's basement.

Now since it is only probable, instead of actually suspended it remains to be seen what happens.  

There is a reason it is taken off the board at a majority of books.

DT isn't getting suspended for this traffic issue, hopefully he will stay out of trouble between now and the game, if he does then he will play

Suspensions aside, do you really think that this is just some traffic issue. I understand the stance on marijuana in Oregon but I think this has to be looked at a little more serious than a traffic issue. And like I stated before DT has been in three traffic issues, 2 involving weed, and 1 where he and a friend tried to reenact Toyko Drift and crashed.

Again the last thing that I want in another UNC game. I would rather lose to Oregon than listen to that all over again.
