Pitt vs South Florida - Whats the Pick???

I am coming off a nice night with Boise 1st Half (-14) & Under (57) for the game. I am looking hard at the Over in the Oregon State/Utah game for tomorrow.

The trouble game for me is this Pitt/USF matchup. You would think that USF is the easy pick but something is telling me to take Pitt +13.5.  I am not a big fan of Pitt but the line seems low which leads me to believe I should be looking at Pitt. I am a believer that the when the line looks to easy go the other way. Maybe I am way off on this game. I don't know.  

Give me your input on this game. Looking for good insight.

Leaving for Tampa (wish I could have some LA TECH money to take) tomorrow morning, get to the stadium around 6 30.  Will have all the media packet info, stats, will take a nice long walk on the field (might plant some boobie traps) and will more than likely shoot out a preview.
 
Alls I know right now is Pitt is 0-4 ATS--they be bound yay?

I'm backing Pitt as well. For one, besides last week's showing against NC State, USF has been a huge disappointment for me. 

On the flip side, Pitt has been another very disappointing team for me as well.  I expected these two teams to challenge for the Big East title.


USF is 1-3 ATS so far, Pitt is 0-4 (mostly as favorites or small dogs).  Neither team has impressed me one bit, and I think 13 1/2 is too much to give the Bulls this time around.  Pitt will most likely be one of my biggest bets.

Good going last night Gotham26..I have to say thanks for that site HALFBETS.com for that 2H pick. Anyway i have to say this game sounds a little fishy to me. USF should trounce this Pitt team since i think Pitt is so bad.. I may just stick with the UNDER in this game since this game might not have too much scoring.

They are begging for USF action by setting that line at -13.5. Let's not forget that this is a conference game. These teams are familiar with each other. I am going with Pitt. I am a USF alumnus by the way. I think USF shows up under prepared and underfocused expecting to dominate at home. They'll get sloppy and win by a field goal late.

Miz i think your absolutely right...This sounds like a suckers bet and i know the biggest sucker out there who is taking USF...He is 0-7 so far this week!! I am going to stay away from a side just in case and go with the UNDER...

Yeah I am leaning towards Pitt myself. I hate to take them but I think I will.

Utah/Oregon st I think you have to go over. You have to like Utah in this game. I take them for the 1H. See how the game is going and jump on a 2H play if the opportunity is there.

Oregon St 0-2 on the road this season and I like playing against teams like Oregon St coming off a Big Win like they did last week.  I think they lose focus after such a big win.

Nub I will check out HB.com myself tonight to see what they post.

See now that everyone is leaning towards Pitt, this makes me believe that the play here is USF? Goth I agree with your Oregon St...They were home against USC and that was a major factor there. I like the idea of the 2H. There always seems to present a better opp for some money making...

Any opinion on that Memphis game?

USF at home, national tv.....  i think the crowd will be into it.... USF giving up less than 60 yards rushing per game, Grothe is a game breaker... can beat you with a long pass or with his feet.... he is strong, hard to sack, hard to bring down.... I will give up betting before I bet another dime on the stach....   sometimes favorites do cover

Actually Pitt did cover 1 game against Iowa if that counts. The line moved a day or two before at most books. S. FLA ATS isn't that great either and if you watched any of their games they haven't played that well. Very inconsistent especially on offense. Not deserving of a #10 ranking imo.

Yeah Dirt but i think a lot of people are on Pitt strictly on the "fishy" line model. We are all thinking that this line should be higher since USF is home. I bought one of the picks on HALFBETS.com and they like Pitt but small

why would you pay someone for a pick, that may be the most stupid waste of money ever. If you want to give money away, you should at least donate it to a good cause.
