I am going to try to ignore the overall idiocy of this statement, and actually respond to some of the facts that you stated....

This years LSU team from top to bottom is better all around than Bama.  - There is no proof that the LSU team is better from "top to bottom"... Bama has a clear edge with RB's, among other categories. You just sound dumb, and lose all credibility with statements like this. 

  LSU has won 6 out of the last 8 games against Bama and 4 out of 5 in Tuscaloosa.  - Ok, great, they have a better record against Bama... Saban vs Miles is 2-2, and the last time LSU came to Tuscaloosa they lost. They won in 2007 against a Shula team that Saban was trying to coach into shape. Saban is also 14 - 1 in revenge games, which is the best in college football.

I am guessing you are saying that LSU has a better team this year, and bama had a better team last year? I personally think both teams have improved a great deal from last season. Bama is OBVIOUSLY better this season, and LSU is as well. The same teams are playing each other, and you can bet that Alabama is still on the field from that crazy ending that occurred last year. Saban and the boys have had this moment circled for the past year, and they will be ready.

IM NOT  A HOMER OF ANY ONE OF THIS SCHOOLS

but, looks like BAMA  backers, homers, bettors and such, just forget that last year an Auburn team wich by the way was ranked # 1 that although had a very athletic offense and the best player in the country, but with a less than stelar Deffense, compared to the one Bama had of course,and with a Bama team that had the edge in most areas including Head coach,  went in to toscaloosa, and pulled the upset in a great comeback----- i ask my self if the bama supporters are all such dicks and cant see beyond the tip of their nose,  its not that i dont think the same about LSU backers , its just---GET FUCKIN REAL --- Bama CAN  be beaten at home by a  a team as agressive, fearless, and mostly one that matches Bama in most of areas,like LSU--  i dont think the ROLL TIDE ROLL  shit will apply, Bama wont ROLL TIDE ROLL over LSU , if  auburn could do it last year, and i dare to say this years LSU would easily spank CAM Newton and last YEar auburn----- u better watch out people --

Both LSU and ALABAMA fans suck. Alabama fans think their school could beat 3/4 of the NFL teams and LSU fans are crazy (i.e., dudes wearing dresses, etc).

I see what you are saying Shark, and although I agree, you really can't compare last years team to this years team. Last years team had major issues with finishing games. In both the LSU, and Auburn game we were up, and just couldn't finish. These same players are here on defense, and they are far more experienced, and have learned from those mistakes. Despite losing several big play makers on offense, we have improved vastly as a unit. I don't assume that because of these improvements, it is a guaranteed reason we will win this game. Also, the whole Roll Tide Roll thing is more of a saying/chant, kind of like Geaux Tigers, rather than an assumption that we are going to "Roll" over LSU. Hell, even if we win the game by a point, and it is an evenly matched game all throughout, I can promise you 102k screaming fans will be singing, "Hey Tigers, we just beat the hell out of you". It's just a traditional saying... I think that we will win by DD's, but I think it will be a very close game right up until late in the 3rd, and into the 4th. And finally, as I have done in many situations when I have been wrong in here, I will be right here the day after, admitting defeat, and taking it like a man, if in fact I am wrong. God knows, I have stated my opinions about this one all over the place.

The only stat in this matchup that I consider is Saban vs Miles 2-2, and Saban is 14-1 in revenge games. Bryant Denny stadium is a completely different monster than it used to be, and it has become a major factor against opponents. If you think it won't play a role in this game, you are badly mistaken.

these defenses are completely even - bama only looks better on paper cuz they didn't have to play Oregon!!!

lsu slight offensive edge with qb and receiver matchups

big homefield advantage for bama and I like they'll be more disciplined in the game, with less turnovers, but I think it's a toss up who wins this one. I'll take the team catching some points.

LSU +5 for me. Think they make one or two very big plays on suprisingly aggressive play calls.

well  ure one of the very few bama homers in here  that is not a dick..... i feel a very deep respect for both teams---- its  juts sad we will see the NC game off schedule and is certain that i either LSU or Bama get there they will spank oklst or stanford--if thats the case

the problem is , LSU is one of the very few teams in college football, that can stand in the middle of that field, yawning, and scratching their nuts ,and dont giving a shit about it---tigers wont be shaking in their pants----- and if bama were playing in tiger stadium ir would be the same

Well thank you... Coming from you, that says a lot to me... And yes, I agree, so that is why I am going to watch, and celebrate this game as if it is the big one. This is my national championship right here... As for the actual NC matchup, I think Ok st, and Stanford could very well lose. The question you have to ask is, if they do, and Boise is undefeated, will they have enough to stay ahead of a 1 loss LSU or Bama. Boise would get destroyed as well FYI.

You are probably right about that... Out of all the teams we play, LSU seems to be the one team that it has no effect on. Trent was saying that during the Tennessee game, when they were on the sidelines going over plays, and they literally couldn't hear the coach talk. Coach had to point things out on the board for them to understand it. I am anxious to see how Lee manages that this year.

u know i love some teams like Boise, Stanford,they have a great demeanor, very disciplined, physicall, have great QB  great coaching, the type of teams that rarey had let down emotional spots, and they are not look ahead teams-- im not gonna mention LSU or Bama zu thats for granted, having said that----i now among dogs there are different type of races and classes, so i hope that in the event stanford or oklst loses, for god sake as much as im fan of boise----i dont see how the hell they would deserve being there above a 1 loss LSU or Bama---but hey  bcs system and formula is bullshit
