I agree totally... As crazy as it is to say it, these teams have just separated themselves from the rest. The alternative is a playoff, but in that situation you would certainly have more situations with SEC vs SEC in the big games. Most seasons I can agree with the way the BCS works, it just so happens that this season, you have two of the biggest names in college football at the top, and in danger of the world class rematch.

Everyone that has a stat or a trend has a specific year tied to it so it will sound better..The previous guy had the stat of the visiting team dominating since 1979. He failed to state that Bama won 11 in a row from 1971-1981...Joe washington

My God you're right.....what must I have been thinking? Never met a sharp capper yet who cared one roll of shit paper about trends....Of course we must just eliminate all the stats and trends.....then pull out our dart boards and put on our blind folds.....

Maybe that's why they call it wagering.....as opposed to guessing? Or is the guessing game the preferred approach of the "Big Southern Dummy"?

I find it very Ironic you keep referring to people in the "SOUTH" as dummies.....yet you sport an avatar of a great RB from Oklahoma and reside in Texas.....hmmm....just puzzling to me....last I checked on the map both were considered Southern in some way.....let me check the last census report......yep...they are...but don't mind me....I am from the south and well just stupid....

If you can't see what I did there....than maybe you need to stop calling all Southerners dumb

You are right.....Bama has no talent and shouldn't even line up this weekend. Come on COONASS! Bama has 10 guys projected to go in the first 3 rounds. 4 in the 1st round. Lee is awful QB and you know it. We will take away your running game and its over. Can he surpass his 4 pick game he had against us a few years ago? I think so. This time it's in T-town, 101,000 will be going nuts, and he can forget about checking to a different play at the line. So do you think Lee can beat a Saban D and not be able to audible the entire game?

Damn this stuff is getting out of control-

I agree with Shark- Tappy is one of the few Bama fans that i have seen on this site who isn't acting like a prick- he believes in his pick and backs it up with facts and statements on why he thinks Bama will win- In his thread i posted facts and statements on why i think LSU may win- Too many people on this site just shouting out LSU sucks or Bama sucks- Fact is, these are the two best teams in football this year and either team could win- It should be a great matchup and whatever side you put money on could be considered a good pick-

That being said- i see LSU playing man coverage, loading the box with 7 or 8 guys and trying to shut the Bama run game down. If they are successful then i think LSU wins the game outright as i don't see Bama's passing game being that effective. If Bama runs the ball effectively and sets up their passing game then LSU is in trouble. I think it will be a close, higher scoring game than expected. Special teams should play a big part and LSU has the advantage there. Of course I want LSU to win but i will gladly take the points.
