GL scal but you know the old adage, don't rely on bad teams to do you a favor. Purdue can hurl it around and I like them to cover the 10 odd spread at the half but they've gone AWOL in 2nd halves, that would be my main concern here.

I tailed the Arkansas pick but I felt that was the right pick. Arkansas hit the brakes in the second half. It was eerie if ya know what I mean....almost precalculated....I've tailed you many times and the result has been great. Today scal, I tail because of the time you put into your writeups and obviously because I like the points here. Let's get this one today amigo. Thanks for all you do brotha

Purdue eeek they've given up 40+ in 4 straight they've packed it in. 3 wins on your over 4.5 ticket you had time to lay this team to rest for what they are... A terrible football team man.

Just reading write ups on this and SJ State I'm going more on this.

Love the Rivalry angle. 21 points huge

Also will point out that earlier this month Indiana beat lowly Rutgers 33-27.
Rutgers scored 27!
Purdue should get at least 21
And if they get just 21 then Indiana need 43 to beat us
They haven't scored 43 all season
Not once!
They only scored more than 34 once...42 v Maryland.

kinda hard when northwestern put the skates on second half on purdue and ended up cover 2h/ whole game, purdue can stay in game 1h, but 2h is certainly a question

i saw indiana/penn st and it was a very low scoring 1h,  then all of a sudden indiana had 31 pts and there were tons of turnovers

i like points and your points are valid, but if purdue can manage to stay in game then i like this alot more

HittingMiddles - Line moved so much this is actually a viable middle, and I never say that!

Tales - Saw the first episode where the guy fakes his death and everyone ignores him when he "comes back to life". Hilarious but scarily true at the same time. Also in that episode a fugitive has his eyes pecked out by crows. Remember?

Raman - We'll still have the NFL, which is far worse. But we can make money off that league too. Much harder but it can be done.

Vits/Vegas/Dawg

Bananas - I saw them get pushed around by RU and in another game and it stuck out. Now that I'm really digging, I retract that statement.

Second half is always the BIG concern yes.

If I was a first half bettor, I'd take it. I just haven't bet a first half in 5 years. I'm not changing a style that has been successful for me (full game).

Purdue has given out this spread twice EVER (since '85!) to FBS teams.

Think about this. One time they gave it to one of the worst Toledo teams ever.

The year after Indy beat them, Toledo HIRED (yes, HIRED) Nick Saban.

This is how far we are going back with this spread.

NEVER have they laid this number to Purdue and they simply don't lay numbers this big TO ANYONE.

If they cover here, this will hands down be the worst 4 years in Purdue football history NEVER to be topped. Never.

I considered East Carolina here with +21.5 just because they have Zay Jones (who might become the next ODB in the NFL) but the rivalry and significance of this number is too much to pass up. If Purdue dies in the second half in one of CFB's longest-standing rivalries (and it was a very proud one at one time) I don't know what to tell you!

PURDUE +1050.

Wow!!! Over TEN TO 1 for a single side.... The public is FOAMING AT THE MOUTH to take Indy here in all regards.

And if they do get 21 Indiana will need 43 to cover
Indiana has not scored 43 all year!
Only scored more than 34 once...42 against Maryland. Next best was 34.
Loving all these points n Rivalry game.

I believe that SCAL has the ability to be an outstanding handicapper and gambler much better than he already is if..... he reduces his temptations and stays away from these wow factor games involving ugly matchups

The old Oaken Bucket. This is a rivalry game folks. This is a rivalry that goes all the way back to 1925. I don't care what the hell you think of Purdue. That means something. Look at Arizona tonight. NINE losses in a row. 55 points scored to prevent ASU from going to a bowl. LOUSY Mizzou scores 21 unanswered in the second half to drop Arkansas in their rivalry game.

yesterday after you loss you said Arkansas/Mizzu wasn't a rivalry game, but now to fit your angle all of a sudden it was a rivalry game. This is one of my criticisms of "your angles" anyone can make an angles for any team you need too. You talk about how Zona showed up and won because of a rivalry game but failed to mention how Wazzu got beat down in arguably their biggestgame in 10 years in the rivalry. You come up with so many weak angles that you try to make plausible such as your "bulletin board" comments that a Mizzu defensive player nade about Arkansas, you really think that makes Arkansas play harder? Come on man. Good luck but tone down the fake angles. Below is your quote where Mizzu/Ark wasn't a rivalry game yesterday when you lost but today it is because it fits your "angle"

But wtf am I supposed to do? NOT present the evidence in our favor??? An RB who ran for 225 yards last week...225 was suspended. This isn't even a rivalry which I didn't mention. That matters.

It is a rivalry game. Just not one of apparent significance TO ME at the time of the OP.

It sure as hell meant something to Mizzou apparently. Understood.
