These polls are open to any Covers member and will be taken every week

Points will be awarded as such- 1st-10, 2nd-9, 3rd-8, etc.

I want everyone who puts Florida #1 which is so ridiculous since they have a lost AT HOME to a 4 loss team over Bama who is undefeated is just plain laughable. How is Fl ahead of Bama, Texas, or OU; Bama is undefeated, Texas has one loss on the road in the last second to a 1 loss team with the number 5 schedule strength and OU has 1 loss to a 1 loss Texas team on a neutral field. Why do we even have a regular season. Give me one good win FL has either at home or the road and dont say Georgia they they are horrible and Bama spanked them also. They havent played one good road team all year. Florida is a very good team but they are far from unbeatable considering how bad the SEC teams are this year. Everyone that put a team with a loss to a 4 loss team at home ahead of an undefeated team has lost all credibility on this site. Lets just crown them the NC while we are at it and forget they choked at home to an unranked team. Good grief.

Really Mike; Fl couldnt win at home against Fl on their home field to a 4 loss team and now you are saying that an undefeated well coached Bama team has no chance against FL; thats laughable; whats the point of having a regular season; when we just have people like you that come up with ridiculous crap like that; Bama is not Boise State; FL is by far unbeatable; Texas and OU have much bigger cases that FL does; they lost AT HOME; do you even get that; tell me why FL who lost at home to a team that lost to a 4 loss team a team that lost to South Carolina and Vandy at home should be number 1 ahead of Texas and OU. That makes total sense.

The entire point of this thread is rankings and yours are stupid; I think Fl is the better team but Bama is solid in the trenches and this will go down to the wire. Meyer will meet his match against Saban.

You are suppossed to rank teams on their regular season,not on what u think they will do against teams they havent played and wont play,some of these rankings are beyond ridiculous as is the bcs poll

Exactly.. Rankings should be about who EARNED that ranking by having the best season.. A better way to say it would be to say rank the best seasons.. Fla lost to ole miss at home.. Bama is undefeated.. Fla shouldnt be #1 just b/c some people think they are good.. Until they actually win ranking them 1 is retarted.. Its like if the NFL gave the championship trophy to the Patriots after last season b/c they were obviously the best season even though they didnt earn it on the field where it counted...

I thought polls were about OPINIONS. I deem Florida's one loss season much more impressive than Alabama's undefeated season. Destroying ranked teams by 30+ every week is more impressive to me than going to OT with LSU and beating Kentucky by a field goal. Florida beat LSU by 30 and Kentucky by 58. Forget all that though and just answer this. I guess the championship should be Alabama vs. Utah according to you guys.

Are you retarded? I cant even tell if you are serious or not. How can you compare Alabama to Utah.. Alabama and Fla play in the same conference! They played the same exact teams and beat the same team that florida lost to... You are more impressed with unnecessarily running up the scores compared to actually beating all the teams on your schedule? Well thank god you are not an actual voter..
