Some of you guys need to brush up on your football knowledge on here.  The play was blown dead you say yet they were reviewing it up in the booth to see if he scored.....AND HE DID.....it just was not called that way.

Razor couple things one you can't hear the whistle two I think it was pretty close. They were seeing if he crossed the plain before the play was ruled dead, which is tough to do in that you can't hear the whistle but you can see the line judge running in waving his hands.  In my mind the play is dead as soon as he starts running down spotting the ball. Also you can see from the reaction of the players on the ND side that they have heard the whistle and the play is dead. The review was to see if he had crossed before play was dead that's it.

I was on the right side of that one, however fix c'mon now the Judges on the field were Pac 12 judges and they didnt rule it a touchdown - and the people who reviewed the call couldn't over turn the call on the field.

You can barely see any part of the runner the only thing you can see is the ball crossing the line. You can't determine that the runner was down or if he wasn't down so therefor the call on the field has to stand. Mike Periera is a blow hard who always loves to toot his horn in this situation most of the times in case you havent noticed hes wrong anyways. need to get that jerk off off the air. Like for him to even say it should have been ruled a TD is ridiculous. Indisputable video evidence is needed to overturn the call and with what they showed on TV there wasn't indisputable evidence - of course I've seen indisputable evidence loosely defined many many times. So who knows why it wasn't loosely defined this time.

I don't know how anyone can argue it........play wasn't blown dead........2nd effort got it in. Pretty fuckin plain & simple.

 It's a shame the refs fell apart late in the game........some pretty bad calls down the stretch.

 But...........I'll take the cash
