Jump on this line before it goes higher. I grabbed it at -6. It's at -7 now. I will have a write up when I get more time. This is a 2 unit play for me. I only play more than 1 unit a few times a year.

Completely agree, I said this on another thread, CMU has 0 run game, when Cuse watches the film they'll see that Rush panics on long down and distance, Cuse will blitz early and often, will be a long day for CMU with no run game on the road

Thanks cusejoe. Your thread is a must read every week for me. I was wondering about your thoughts on the cuse game this past saturday. i was on the under and lost. i didnt get to watch the game, but i was taking a look at recaps and box scores and saw a lot of big play TD's. Wake had a 40 yd td pass; cuse had a 53 and 89 yd TD pass. Did you get a chance to watch the game? How much of those pass TD's were simply attributed to blown coverage or freak plays? Or can their offense be that potent. Add the pick 6 in there and the under is blown. Would you say that in this game their pass offense performed above average or average. Thanks

I did get to watch the whole cuse game. Syracuse came out and played very safe in the first half. Run run run and safe passes. Second half they finally let this freshman roll out and throw the ball. The 89 yard td was a fluke since the wake guy tripped. But this qb did put the ball on the money. Even more shocking to me is this kid can run. I thought he just had a good arm. I had no feel for the game last week. I took the 2nd half over and got hosed. Cuse got down to the 1 and scored then the phantom illegal formation flag came out and they kick 3. My thoughts are that this is the best qb syracuse had had in a while. Time will tell if he is the real deal or a fraud.

My thoughts on the central Michigan game- I think syracuse is on a roll right now. They are excited and have confidence. Offensively they should be able to put up a few points. Defensively they will blitz blitz and blitz. I don't think central mich will handle this very well. Syracuse beat them 40-3 last year. I think they will win a 27-14 type of game this year. Any line at 7 or below is nice. Again bet at your own risk. We are talking syracuse football. Nothing shocks me with them.

Just some thoughts on next weeks game when LSU visits the dome. Syracuse defense is solid against the run but struggles a little against good passing teams. As we know LSU likes to pound the ball and defensively should cause fits for a freshman qb. I am hoping cuse scores a lot this week to pump up the over/under. I can see this game being a 24-7 or 31-10 type of game.

Wake dominated most of that game. Cuse scored their TD's on a pick six and 2 long passes.....wake torched them thru the air for 373 yards. C Mich isn't that good but QB Rush is good enough to at least get a TD for a back door cover if need be.

I agree wake dominated second quarter and part of third. Cuse was much stronger up front and dominated early on and last quarter and a half. The reason I think wake dominated second quarter is because cuse played so conservative

The Temple "D" is good enough to play in any conference, I had a strong feeling they would beat Penn ST outright and that Penn ST would have all kinds of trouble moving the ball.....I bet the ML and cashed big on that game (this was posted)........I stayed away from the Cincy game as the Bearcats put up sick numbers on offense at home...They did run up over 500YDS vs temple but only put 24 on the board and threw a couple of picks...I did not watch this game only glanced at the box score so I am not sure what to make of this...Were those INTS forced by the Temple "D"?
To me this is a scary game for Temple, U Mass 4 YR SR QB looked really good last season 3300 YDS 23 TDS, they have WR Tajae Sharpe who had 1300 REC YDS and will be in the NFL next year...2 Freshman RBS returning as SOPHS who combined for over 1000YDS and have all 5 OL back blocking for everybody again....Their biggest concern is on the D-Line, just could not get pressure on QBS leaving their DBS out to dry, they do have 9 returning starters on "D" so they will be better but not sure how much....I know U-Mass got beat bad by PAC 12 COLO @ COLO as they are a scary offensive powerhouse at home...(I cashed on that game too) posted as well.
I actually like U-Mass in this game, not just because they are a home dog but this is their most talented squad since joining the MAC....I am not one of those guys who think that teams often overlook weaker teams as most of these kids play in about 20-25 college games and their done...I just have a gut feeling that this good MASS offense puts up 21-24 at home here and Temple just does not strike me as a team that will be putting up 30 PTS a game...It seems the general public is on Temple here and if that line gets bet up a couple more points I will likely put something on U MASS....I would love to see that line border 14 as I would buy it up if close........If I stay away I will be wishing U good luck bud.

Mike thanks for the info and your thoughts on the umass game. I really think this is temples year to shine. They can't shine if they do not beat up on umass. As far as AJ long goes what a waste. Syracuse fans thought he was going to be great. I was never a big fan. He seemed to small and not very accurate. I believe AJ is red shirting this year. He has had the injury bug

I think this is way too much to give a team like Tulsa that can score points. Also This is sandwiched in with 2 big games for Oklahoma. I can see this as a 38-17 type of game. Also what I like is Tulsa is the type of team that can score points late if they happen to get down 35. Hopefully it never gets to that point. Good luck all

3rd play- Tulsa +31

Just a note on cuse game. Looks like Syracuse starting center and possibly the best player on the team will miss the game. If he suits up he will be banged up pretty good. Worries me a little with a rookie qb, but I think playing at home should help since there will be very little noise on offense or defense. Football in cuse is dead.
