Florida is the most talented team in the entire country. If they get their act together down the stretch and run the table, they would also be deserving of a top 25 ranking.
Ok Jimmy.. I know you are a HUGE Bama and SEC homer.. and it is quite strange that the SEC is the only conference that roots for each other.. it's quite strange.. anyway..
Not sure how a 5 loss Florida team is going to be ranked.. but keep fighting the good fight..

Do you just say that stuff and not read what I'm saying.. of course the SEC West teams are ranked because every SEC East team has 5 losses except for Florida and South Carolina..
The wins clearly have to come from someplace.. so if the entire SEC East keeps losing games.. that means the SEC West wins games.. and if ranked teams win game.. they stay ranked..
I swear arguing with SEC homers is so pointless sometimes...
You say something as obvious as “water is wet” and then want people to respond to your posts as if you offered up some thought provoking concept.

Florida is 5 & 3 (not 3 & 5 as you suggest). If they beat Vandy, South Carolina, Appy State & Florida State, they will be 9 & 3, and they will play the West champ in the SEC title game. That's not fighting the good fight, that's a fact.

I don't necessarily agree. Football is an ever evolving sport. Offensive coordinators come up with something new, then defensive coordinators figure out a way to stop it. Right now the offenses may have a bit of an upper hand, but that'll change.
I think this is one of the most interesting years we've seen in college football in sometime. The last few years have been a bit anti-climactic with Florida and Bama kind of dominating things. This year is it's wide open, and the emergence of exciting teams like Oregon and Auburn are making things very interesting IMO - not to mention your Auburn future is very much alive!!!

Wow, that's a lot of if's you got there.. I was going based on them losing @ Florida State and to Bama/Auburn..
though losing to SC and FSU would be basically the same result.. 5 losses..
