Auburn/Bama/Arkansas ok..
LSU will still end with 3 Reg Season losses.. and would have gotten smoked by UNC if the Heels actually had their starters on the field
Miss State- c'mon.. I can name 40 schools better that this one..
Ole Miss- where's the heat that Rebels lost to D-2 school, yet VT still can't hide from it..
No team in the East should be ranked and it wouldn't surprise me to see only Auburn and Bama and maybe Arkansas to be the only teams in the top 20 by the end of the year..
I realize you rarely have a rational thought, so let me break this down so even you can understand it.
Including the SEC Championship game, SEC teams will play each other 49 times. That means that 49 times a SEC team will win, and 49 times a SEC team will lose. It is also mathematically impossible for more than one team from the SEC (or any other conference that plays a conference championship game) to be undefeated. The past two years there was a dominant, undefeated team in each division. This year there is a lot more parity than there has been in the past, primarily because Florida graduated almost everybody. When you have a lot of parity in a conference like the SEC does this season, those 49 losses will be more evenly distributed. That doesn't mean the SEC sucks, or even that the SEC is down.
Alabama, for example, has LSU, Mississippi St. & Auburn remaining on their schedule. That means there will be 3 additional losses spread amongst 4 of the top teams in the SEC. Does that necessarily mean that the teams that lose those games are terrible and not deserving of a top 25 ranking? Probably not. This is what happens when you, unlike Boise, play a legitimate D1 schedule.
Your statement that no team in the SEC East deserves to be ranked also demonstrates your mental deficiency. But for 2 ridiculous 4th quarter coaching blunders, there is a good chance that South Carolina would be undefeated and ranked #1 in the BCS. They are a solid team in all phases, and are clearly deserving of their ranking.
Florida is the most talented team in the entire country. If they get their act together down the stretch and run the table, they would also be deserving of a top 25 ranking.
