i think most would agree with me. Florida State happens to play in a weak division, and has been less than impressive to date. The committee doesnt consider previous years in their playoff analysis. TCU has the more difficult conference, schedule, and has been more impressive on the field to date. Why is that so hard to comprehend?
we will have to agree to dis agree.... Im not sure you are making any sense

Im lost.... Baylor beat TCU. And at the end of the day..........that's ALL THAT MATTERS
So that 3 point win by Baylor occuring IN WACO means nothing correct? I can't remember who it was but there's a dude on here that's always harping on how "WHERE" a game is played is arguably the biggest and most important factor in college football....
except when it's detrimental to the argument you are trying to make, obviously....

Boom, Rant and rave and act like a fool but this "thing" has a long way to go. Are you going to act like a idiot CHILD until you get your way? Your opinion isn't swaying anyone and no matter what happens you'll find something to cry about.
Long way to go and chaos to ensue. Chill out and if you think things aren't like you like and one team is better than another then bet on them. How about that?
Settle your affairs with your money. Thats what winners do, boy!

But they have not been playing well at the moment and that is something we have to accept. They went to just #3 and honestly should be #4 with the way they play. You can only squeak a win once in a while not every single day you play. From what I see my top four would be Oregon, Alabama, TCU, FSU.
Just from what I see.

I LOVE FSU!

So being a road game for TCU shouldn't be taken into account? Got it. So we should see no more arguments from you about SEC teams that don't play road games OOC right? Because them winning is the only thing that matters.
Obviously I am confused because on one hand you argue a team's resume by looking at CURRENT top 25 teams they've played/beat...and then on the other hand you argue AGAINST a team's resume by NOT considering their loss to a team that is CURRENTLY in the top 25 and instead argue about "at the time" rankings and point spreads that was 4 weeks into the season. Got it.
Sorry, never was good at that "female" type logic...as I am a dude.

you are only here to troll to begin with.... and you said last week you wouldn't post in my threads anymore... but Ican understand why you are upset after I destroy you every time you come to play.
So let me slow this down and hold your hand like a little child
BAYLOR BEAT TCU BOTH ARE 8-1 AND THAT'S ALL THAT SHOULD MATTER......
yes, playing on the road is THE toughest thing to do college football. But at the end of the day and all things are the same ( 8-1 ) all we can do is go by the information at hand...which is Baylor beating TCU

tcu beat oklahoma who was #4, west va who whooped baylor, in baylor, whooped okla st as #15 and blew a baylor game up 21 in baylor...u cannot compare florida st sched to tcu
You sure cant....TCU has played a tougher schedule. Fact.
Now, lets comepare losses. TCU has a "good" loss @ Baylor. Florida St has a .....oh, thats right. They havent been beat in 2 seasons, and have done it this year with Winston out a game and a half.....
You wanna be the champ? You gotta beat the champ. getting to the top of the hill is tough....STAYING at the top is even harder.
I agree with ya BOOM. Right now, the best teams are Flor St, Miss St, Baylor and Bama. Why Bama ahead of Oregon some might ask...because of "sec bias" surely!!!?? Nope, its because I watch college football, and if you take the jersey's off these kids and put them on a neutral field I will pick Bama 100% of the time. TCU and Ohio St arent far behind, but TCU lost heads up to baylor and I give OSU a little slack for losing early in the season with a qb getting his 1st start....As of RIGHT NOW, Ohio St has to be in the top 7
1) FSU
2)Miss St
3)Baylor
4)Bama
5)Oregon
6)Ohio St
7)TCU

I understand your argument and it makes sense for the most part but the only thing people are arguing about is do we reward the best team or the more deserving team. If we take the approach of the latter then your FSU being ranked behind Oregon beef holds weight since they are still currently unbeated. . If we look at the former and take the eye approach and best team according to SOS and quality wins then Oregon should be above FSU. Oregon has the better resume, more quality wins and has looked better up to this point. This is the only thing that can be argued here really. If you want the best teams to play for the title then Oregon is the clear choice over FSU. Oregon would be favored over FSU on a neutral and I personally think they are the best team in the country.
The gray areas need to be sorted out but I have no problem with how they sit for now

our top 3 is exactly the same.... and #4 is debatable..... with respect I can see bama,TCU,Oregon or Ohio st making a claim for it..
but the thing that CANNOT be argued is FSU @3...
It's completely asinine and to be honest with ya.... shameful

agree and disagree....
at the end of the day FSU is undefeated and hasn't lost a game since 2012.... that should matter...
I know for a fact that if Bama or Whoever were unbeaten since 2012 there is no way IN HELLLLL they would be disrespected like this.
my argument is to PROVE that WE/US/EVERYONE has vested interest in this world, in everything we do...and any right thinking person knows that this committee has an agenda. Because any right thinking person knows FSU deserves more respect.
This committee is the biggest failure in college sports history

and see to who that matter to is subjective and is not clearly outlined up to this point IMO. What should also matter about the undefeated notion is the fact that FSU has lost several players from last year and many of those were NFL players. So basically it is not the same team as last year that earned those wins so on the surface the objective thing to do would be to neither discount last year's accomplishments nor reward in the discussion for THIS YEAR's playoffs. So if you can agree to this then the next thing you must evaluate is this years resume and to me Oregon is the more accomplished and better team for this year.
So clearly the undefeated status matters this year but at what point in the equation to we give more credence toward the weighting of SOS and quality wins for other teams? To my knowledge there is no exact and measurable cutoff point so until this happens all anyone will do is talk in circles about this.

it's interesting you say that.....that FSU lost a lot of players.
But did you know
that the FSU lost 11 draft picks to the NFL....not last year..... the year before. They lost that many players before there 2013 NC.
So there's that
