Wahoo I agree, best conference in football and not really a question about it but it is a very very defensive football conference. If you don't have a big physical defense you won't do well in the SEC. And it does make games tough to watch, I can't tell you how many times over the past few years (time at Ole Miss) I've seen great SEC games that are just complete defensive battles with little to no offense. 

But, bottom line they have defensive battles vs each other week in week out and they might be ugly but they prepare the teams well for end of season play and it's showed recently. 

And to the guy that said these D's aren't good and its just bad O.. You crazy if you think LSU doesn't have a great D. I need some of what your smoking.  I'm surprised State has moved the ball as well as they have.

At least they arent referring to Les Miles as the "Mad Genius" for making a stupid play call and getting bailed out some how......yet.

This may be great defense, but it is really bad offense.  Miss St keeps running QB draws up the gut.  Stupid penalties.  Dropped passes.  Give me great offenses over this type of play any day.

 I admit that this game is not as compelling as in '08 when Auburn beat MSU in Starkville 3-2, but it's still great viewing.

u dont need defense to win a game just more points then the other team

This is thrilling compared to that 3-2 game between Auburn and Mississippi State a few years ago.  That was brutal.

Well if you took the under, you'd be having a great time watching this. Personally I enjoy watching good defensive games.

I could watch LSU play defense all day.  When they play in Tuscaloosa, the Earth may come to a dead stop.

they have an outstanding defense and so does Bama

that game will be 6-3 final

Guess you forgot about Miss St. Auburn (41-34) and LSU against Oregon (40-27). SEC can put up points too. Big Ten??? Purdue loses to Rice, OSU squeaks by Toledo, Minny loses to New Mexico St. (first road win in 11 years). PSU crushed by Bama...admit Wisky looks solid tho.

Was watching the game with my pops and we both said the same thing. That was some ugly football with two really, really bad QBs (just one of them happened to be going against a pretty bad defense).

LSU's D-Line is pretty special, quite possibly the best that I've seen so far this year.

i think Wisconsin v. LSU would be a great game. I would like to see the Badgers offensive line against the LSU  defensive front

I would rather a defensive struggle when it is my favorite team but when I don't have a dog in the hunt I would rather see points. My faves are at the far end of the spectrum when comparing my favorite NCAA team (LSU) to my favorite NFL team (Saints). LSU is known for their D, not so much for their O. The Saints are just the opposite.
