Same type thing happened today in the ARK game.  1:30 left, ARK up 7, Tulsa has 1 timeout left.  I was there, listening to all the dumbasses in the stands pissed because ARK is running dives.  I tell the dumbass next to me "Tulsa has 1 timeout left, we should run 1 more dive, and either force their timeout, or let the clock run down and kick the fieldgoal."  Instead, ARK runs a damn fade, and Tulsa intercepts the ball.  Tulsa drives down and fails to score.

Obviously, the national championship wasn't on the line, but still an area that coaches NEVER think about.

Texas should have tackled Crabtree. That was poor tackling on that td reception

Opinions are like assholes everybody has one. 1:29 and 1 t.o. is enough time but if Crabtree don't make one hellava play we wouldn't even have this discussion. He could have got ripped down at the 1. Actually he made the wrong play and should have just stepped out of bounds and lined up for the fg. Leach not going for 2 was a real head up your ass call. You would think with 8 secs left a quick side line pass was in order. The whole play was wish and hope and it worked out.

#3 and #12 for Texas sucks ass! They both gave up on the play on Crabtree. #12 had the killshot or cleanup shot and took a bad angle he thought #3 was going to make the play and vice versa. two guys on one they should never make that play especially in that situation. Crabtree is a great player but a tackle should have been made at the very least and a FG attempt was the next play. I had Texas +3.5 ouch!

Texas had no business being in this game they were out play the entire game...how many times did Tech have the ball in the redzone and come away with FGs or no points? Texas Tech O-Line dominated Texas...and you cant convince me that that was not a block in the back for that Punt Return TD shipley had.
