MTSU, P.O.W

Mtsu is a very underrated team when it comes to the football season... Their mentality to play anybody anywhere shows when it comes time to playing in-conference games. In the  last few yrs, they have pulled some upsets over a couple of big teams (Maryland, Vandy), and have played others closer than what the score may show (UofL, TN, Al, and Troy)... 
The Blue Raiders could have given Clemson a better game if the special teams wouldn't have given up a KR and PR for Td's.  Dasher also had a rough week, but look for him to have a strong showing at home vs a weaker opponent.. Mtsu's offense will easily put up 30+ points vs the weak d of the tigers..  Look for Tanner and Dasher both to have over 100 yds, and the raiders should cruise to a victory..  Keep in mind, "QB Dwight Dasher -- The junior rushed for more than 160 yards when the Blue Raiders beat Memphis two years ago."  MIddle has a pretty good homefield advantage, but the noise will not be a factor in the game itself... MTSU did win 4 of 5 last season at home, and this will be a key win bc of the upcoming schedule that the raiders play..  Mtsu is better coached, overall, just a better team, and they have a way better defense (the D only gave up two Td's to Clemson)...
other small factors in this game: Mtsu at home, Memphis played on Monday vs a tough opponent (4 days rest), Mtsu is 1-0 on blackout games.

Like the sound of PURDUE & OREGON over.
Bills' O line is scary right now. May take a few weeks to gel. Tight End & Jackson will need to block on pass protection. NE/Under may be the play this week. I have a hard time betting against my team, though. Wish you well Sabado!

seems like almost every teams has some sick players ... nothing new IMO....just calling it the Swine flu sounds more serious

Nice hit on the baked parlay last nite  
 
I've been looking at the Fla Troy game for so long my eyes are starting to bleed ... no one one covers (that i can find) is talking about this game ... too much chalk at 36 ??? maybe i'm to influenced by Troy's loss last week against BG ...  
 
I can't help but think, the men of Troy are trying to put on a brave face ... rally round the family with a pocket full of shells ... that sort of shit ... but deep down they know they have no shot in this game and will comfort themselves with trying to keep it close ... mentally, that can't be a good thing when you're going against the size and speed of florida ...
 
i think this game is going to be like watching a car crash ...

You are slowing me down on a possible Memphis Play .....

I had a small lean on week on the Tigers and was waiting till today to MAYBE put something in .... The 4 or 1 Real  Day(s) rest that you mention and MTSU's mistakes on Special teams are key now in this game being a pass for me

I agree with everything in your writeup excet that MTSU is better coached ... Tommie West had led the Tigers to Bowl Games 5 out of the last 6 years

Yeah that Oregon vs Purdue Over is tempting ..

My gut thinks 70+... Might have to put that one ...thanks for the Push .

Kelly will pull out all stop with Bellotti once again roaming the sidelines ....

Very Hard to bet vs the BILLS in week 1 ... Just can't imagine them betting the Pats ... Like you said the O-Line is a mess and the TE's and a RB may have to block in pass protection.... The Under seems likely .... Maybe Bellicheat will just Overlook the Bills ....   The Bills will need numerous breaks to Win this one... maybe all the breaks ....

To be honest though I don't see BOTH Favorites winning on MNF ...I could see teaser guy getting killed with one of the DOGS winning S/UP....
