Agree with your take on Wiscy. This is a Paul Chryst kind of game and Vegas is likely off a TD on this line. Only concern is Hornibrook's inconsistency early on against garbage opponents. But BYU can't move the ball and this could be one of the best Front 7's Wiscy has had in years. A lot of depth to deal with the altitude. Your going to see a lot of pounding the rock with 3 RB's (depth again) and eventually some Play Action shots off of that. I think Chryst will treat this game, as far as play calling, like the standard run of the mill Big 10 away games. Best thing about betting him is you know what you're going to get out of play calls. Thinking Wiscy by 3 scores.
What are your thoughts on VA Tech? Historically a tough game for them, but boy oh boy is ECU a dumpster fire! Thought that line would be in the vicinity of 28-30. Has me a touch puzzled on 22?
Also Ohio State? 8 pass attempts against Buffalo (terrible) going on the road against a team 3 deep with stars across the defensive line? How will they move the ball? Ohio St must be chomping at the bit to get back at it at home after that debacle last week...I don't see Army scoring, which makes 30 a pretty generous # IMO.
Best of luck with the plays, and my god it's good seeing you back in here. Been following you for years.
thank you for the compliment
Wisky is easy for me to bet because BYU simply has zero offense and the Badgers are due for a breakout on offense, they played poor last week vs Flo Atl, they should pound it right at BYU and wear them down, if the Cougs offense can't mount drives and keep defense off the field it could be a blowout, I liked the value in only 2 TD's as a line
this is a very bad ECU team, they did show some fight in last week's 2nd half at West Virginia, they obviously can't stop a throw so if VA Tech can sling it they'll get the job done, I'd only consider Va Tech in this game but don't like it enough on my end to bet it, hope that helps
Ohio St should bounce back and you know they'll be able to run the ball this week (which is huge for their offense), can Army throw it and expose the weakness on the Buckeye d?????? you know the Buckeye defensive line will get several "tackle for losses" against the Army run game, the Bucks may come out with their hair on fire so a first half might be the angle in this one, again, probably not something I'll bet myself
