Lean Lamar at NC St for me. Cards won 54-13 last year. I know the revenge factor and NC St good D. But still have Lamar and his gifted quickness.

WahooS:  Glad to see you're still out here, have always enjoyed your writeups.

Have a couple of plays this week:

Love Purdue -3 vs. Minny.  Betting on Brohm, he's been coaching them up.  If anyone can turn it around at Do, it's Brohm.  Minny's defense is all right but their QB play is lacking. 

Also like W. Michigan -6.5 at Buffalo.  I know Buffalo has been a covering machine, but they should be catching at least 10 against Western.

Thoughts?

Wahoo, been fading Missouri last few weeks because I feel like they're a complete mess, wondering if that would still be a good idea this week facing Kentucky on the road?

Would love to hear your thoughts on UGA/Vandy and TCU/WVA as well

Big 10 my worst conference for capping, line seems high at first glance but Nebraska sure is mediocre

I tend to lean to double digit dogs within conference play most of the time unless it's against very elite teams and Wisconsin isn't a very elite team

need to know for sure QB playing for Utah, if so I'd lean Utes plus those points, who is Stanford to be laying a TD on road against a solid decently coached team???  

all depends on QB though, if he's limited or out I'd stay away

Vandy started year with a bang but I don't see much of an offense on that team against a defense like Georgia

Georgia looks nasty but the spot does favor Vandy

I'm stunned Smart is screwing around with the QB situation, he needs to name a starter & be done with it, that uncertainty will most likely come back to bite him

Vandy may cover for you and make a game of it but I don't see a reason to get in front of a train if you know what I mean


so many games on the board, why bet against Alabama or Georgia in the SEC right now?  

A&M and vandy may both cover but you are fighting with your hands tied fading those elite teams

Im diggin the Bama/A&M O54.....I see no reason Bama doesnt put up 41+ by themselves.....48-17 type game

Call me stupid, but I really like the Texas Tech/KU U80.....TT off a close one vs Okie St, with a roadie at WV on deck. How serious can they take the Jayhawks? TT defenses #'s a bit skewed from playing Ok st and AzSt......I expect full effort from KU, which should raise their defense a notch.....

I wouldn't bet the other side of any of those

would feel most comfortable with Auburn & Texas, Auburn should dismantle someone even thought that number is inflated due to last week so you are paying a premium

and Texas defense will make scoring tough on K State (Texas line going down, prefer 3 if you can get that in a low scoring defensive type game, 20-13 written all over this one)

NC State (love the fact they are a home night game dog but tough game to gauge and Lamar can have a break out game at any time)

I would like to get your thoughts on UCF. I think they are somewhat a bargain at -17 at Cinnci. I know they have had a bunch of cancelled games but when they take the field they dominate.I can see Milton lighting up the secondary of Cinci and Killins is a beast on the ground. FYI tidbit -The Knights' first three opponents this season – FIU, Maryland and Memphis are an undefeated 9-0 in games not against UCF. So I am not seeing the wins as just beating up on the sisters of the poor. Thanks,

word in Houston is Ed Oliver most likely won't play, IF he doesn't play I'd lean SMU but only if you get 7

Houston has trouble scoring this year, not a great offensive line and Major not getting the most out of that team, Stangs 5-0 ats so no reason to fight with that when you have an underachieving team like Houston, last week peformance at Temple was brutal which made this line lower than expected, pass for Hoo

I'm seeing lots of love for West Virg and the number is inflated, I make it 10, GP is fantastic off a bye week and Dana sucks off a bye week so take that into account, TCU can be scored on through the air and WVU can chunk it, TCU will win the game but I can't say I'd love them laying that much, no great opinion on this one my friend

Bama should moonwalk to 40 points against that Aggie defense, can the aggies score 17 though???  I'd lean over with you simply because Bama is starting to look like a machine 

also agree with KU under lean, betting college unders is like raw dogging chicks in the bung, you may win in the end but there is heavy risk involved

UCF is a gangster team with a great defense, I love them

however, you are paying a super premium with this line, fair line is more than likely 10.5-12

I'd watch first half and then make a decision, that's my opinion, maybe the game will be tied, then you can throttle UCF second half

not saying you won't win your bet but I can't advise laying that inflated number, not a good way to bet in the long run 

I'd never bet Cincy here though if that makes you feel better

set that line at PK myself so value with Minny, I love Brohm though and think Purdue wins so I'd only look at Purdue, tough line at -4, would bet at below 3 or use in ML parlay

West Mich should get it done, tricky line movement there though, better hold your nose before you bet that one
