I thought about Indiana as well. When Floyd comes back the Irish offense is going to be extremely dangerous. He's probably going to play next week against Navy, to get some full speed game experience. Then he will be ready for Pitt which has now the makings of a huge game. Pitt is not going to lose a game before they play us, I expect we won't either. 7-2 vs. 8-1 should be a nice game to watch...

I Usually leave the MAC and Sun Belt to the people who know what they're doing...but I had to jump on WMU last week.
Sometimes, It seems a waste of time to even record the MAC scores in my Phil Steel mag each week...
Kill 'em all this week, double!
The MAC is just crazy insane to predict ,,,,,
To be honest I have COST myself way too much money betting on this unpredictable BS conference ...
I thought I had it all figured out , AS almost every teams AST. coaches are more than willing to talk Football on the Phone.... Sometimes "knowing" too much can kill you
BOL to you Brother... MAY you ...

Duke got me as well, would have been 9-4 on the week if they covered, they were so much better than Maryland, still in shock that play didn't win, I really liked it and knew I had the right side
Nice Job Brother ,,, 9-4 is Fantastic
Agree I would make the same bet again on the Blue Devils

Looking forward to your posts Double! As a Kansas homer, I don't know if I'm gonna chase again with the Jayhawks again, seen them play live three weeks in a row now. Remember Iowa State? Keep on them, and definitely look at Colorado at home. I have no idea what Kansas is gonna do against Tech, but I know you better fade Nebraska or not at your peril. Anyway, keep it up! Love your threads. From Rochester..........
Thanks for coming by and reading through my Errors and Rambling
I Might be all finished betting on the BIG12.... these games are too unpredictable !!! Tech losing to A&M as a 20+ Point FAV

I had a very similar Saturday , and felt very lucky not to have been down about $3K going into the night. TCU and OSU got me back to a sensible number . Thank God for my Hoos sucking on cue. I think GT and the GT under were my only pre-TCU winners.
This week, though, it's nothing but winners. I fully expect to go 14-0, including hitting a San Jose/UNLV ML parlay in the process.
Only Winners for my Brother Maine Road.......
Just a few Questions for you ... need your Help
Would you Take TCU to PLay in the National Championship at 25-1????
Do you Find this year's games more UnPredictable than Usual??? Especially BIG12 & MAC with the point spread being almost useless either way ( 72.5%+ of the Games in Conf are way off the Line )

Still not impressed with the Utesthis season ...Utah managed a whopping 8 First Downs last week vs Air Force... The Cowboys are coming in off a bye and should be within this number the whole game (IMO)

Im a ND fan.. Who Dey is the ultimate Irish fan.. I really would like the Irish to hire Brian Kelly at the end of the yr..I think ND losses to Pitt and is a toss up vs Stanford...I just think its time for a change at coach..I would not bet this team either way the rest of the yr..Just my 2 cents worth

The answer to both of your questions is "yes." I'm not sure TCU isn't the best team in the country, and I've been saying that since I saw them at Virginia. They aren't going to lose, and they are going to compile a pretty good resume in the process. I don't exepct them to get a shot in the title game, but I think they have a lot better than a 25-1 shot of getting there.
As for random results in the MAC and Big12, first you have to realize that about half of the MAC games are fixed. If you don't know which half, it's hard to wager the conference. My general rule of thumb is that one in every three Toledo and Kent games are fixed, and everyone else in the conference joins in once a year. It's funny when both teams are trying to throw the game at the same time, which is why we get the occasional 3-0 or 6-3 thriller. I think that's also why CMU and EMU play 65-62 games most years. CMU is trying to throw the game, but EMU can't stop them even when they're trying not to score. I think there's a newsletter you can get that tells you which games are scheduled to be fixed, but I can't find the address.
As for the Big12, it's not every day that a team follows up failing to cover by 53 by covering by 44. In fact, I'd be willing to wager that this has never happened before. Accordingly, how anyone bets a Texas Tech game from here on out is beyond me. I suppose you could say the same for NU, though teams that have a -8 turnover margin typically don't win much. It's probably a miracle that they only lost by two. Kansas doesn't stop anybody, so they are prone to things like lose to Colorado. KSU occassionally scores 63 and other times scores 6. They get to join TT in the "not with your money" pile. In all, it's probably just better to stick with betting on Idaho and Utah State, and against Vandy and New Mexico.

Hey DU4L- are you a big Will Muschamp fan? Just curious....
Also- Im liking Texas -9 in Stillwater. OK St's Defense does not match up well with Texas and I may be biased....but I think Texas has the best defense in the nation....there, I said it.

I like Indiana too! Iowa will keep winning but this is way too many points for a mediocre offense. Iowa is 3-14 against the spread as a double difit favorite. Good luck!
