hey (SEC encyclopedia) AKA Jimmydafreak..... what do you think about arkansas this weekend im thinking about taking the Scarlet Knights but I wouldnt dare bet a SEC game without reading your insite first. Thank you for all the work you do!!
I love Arkansas in this spot, I'm just waiting for confirmation that Tyler Wilson is going to play. He's been taking 1st team reps all week, and John L Smith says he expects him to play, but the doctors have yet to clear him. If he is cleared as expected, Arkansas will be one of my plays this week.
Based on what has transpired with Arkansas the past two weeks, we are getting a bargain basement price on the them this week. Think about it, if Tyler Wilson doesn't get hurt in the ULM game, the Razorbacks win that game easily. They still would have gotten smashed last week by Alabama, but that's not effecting public perception as much as the home loss to ULM.
This will be Arkansas' 4th consecutive home game versus Rutgers who is making back-to-back road trips, and long ones at that. They cross a time zone on this trip although I don't that in and of itself is a big deal. The point is that you have a team (Arkansas) that gets to stay in the home routine they've been in all season versus their opponent who has been doing nothing but traveling for the last two weeks. Read nropp's excellent Week 4 post where he discusses routine in more detail.
Everything sets up perfectly for a Razorbacks' win and cover here. They are a very talented and highly touted team that had extremely high expectations coming into the season coming off of back-to-back home losses. In other words, this is an absolute MUST WIN game for Arkansas. That can't be stressed enough.
Conversely, Rutgers is coming off of a huge conference road win where they were 7 point underdogs. In the grand scheme of things, this game really doesn't mean much for Rutgers.
Play the more talented and far more motivated SEC team playing at home against a Big East team high off of an upset win over a conference foe.
Razorbacks all day every day in this one!!!

I just can't bring myself to Fade Boise St. at home laying less than 10..
I really hate to do it D4L because my boi Kyndal Minniefield from Daphne plays on your squad. I just spoke to his mother a few minutes ago, and she was very upset because she has to work tonight and is going to miss the game. ESPN3 has it blacked-out in the eastern and central time zones. Kyndal was last week's special teams player of the week!!!
I wanted to ask you what's the deal is with Khalil Mack??? Has he been reinstated??? Is he playing tonight???

Jimmy, putting you in a corner. Is BYU +14 your #1 play of the three?
I would say that Kent State +11 would be my favorite because I think that's the game that has the least shot of being a blowout. I think this is pretty much a coin flip game, and it'll be close regardless of who wins. Most experts had Kent State rated higher than Buffalo in the preseason, so I definitely think the value lies with Kent and the points.

Jimmy what do you think about Arizona State -7. Does utah have a chance? I've watched both teams this year and utah is being over rated because of a RIVAL byu win. And Azst is being underated because of sloppy first half play last week. What do you think?
