ESPN will start coverage an hour before kickoff.  What are they going to talk about for an hour?

I tune in to watch the game, not listen to the announcers. 

I wish I could get just the game sounds and the graphics.  I usually have to turn off the sound to avoid the idiots. 

The Oregonian: "On Thursday afternoon at the Rose Bowl, the routine that began behind closed doors was on display for all the college football world to see. And it was a knockout."

New York Times: "If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way," Winston said afterward. "We turned over the ball a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now — we beat ourself."

Winston needs remedial High School English lessons that FSU's homework-free & reading-free classes they gave him cannot muster: Winston cannot comprehend usage of the term "ourselves."

John Canzano: "Anyone who has ever seen the Ducks play understands that this "we" mechanism is operated by the guy wearing the hard hat and the No. 8 offensive jersey."

Jason Quick: "The most amazing thing about this team is not that it's headed to the Jan. 12 National Championship Game, it's that it's doing it with an all-star cast of players injured and unable to play."

SI.com: "Given the final score, there will be quite a few who take issue with that remark. But on this we can all agree: Winston did not play up to a Heisman winner's standards on Thursday night."
