respect rutgers and the way they finished the season, but willing to take any points with NC-STATE squad that in the season-ending wins over north carolina and miami rushed for 416 yards and five touchdowns..so look for state to try and keep the rutgers O on the sideline..while backs andre brown, the pounder and jamelle eugene, the flash run the , setting up play-action for  qb wilson a former baseball star who can also move the chains with his mobility, in matter of fact....i am calling for the NC STATE WIN HERE.... NC STATE  34---24.................................

With that said, I am on the fence here. Both teams have played well down the stretch and got big wins when they needed them. I am leaning towards NC State here...they are 9-2 as a dog and that's hard for me to bet against. I was leaning Rutgers last week but I think I was sipping the Jersey water...but that might be polluted. I'm still having a hard time pulling the trigger with on this game however.
 
 

i agree with this - the only time i'll really look at historical matchups is when the teams carry over the same core players.  in college, that hardly applys from year to year.  i almost never look at common opponents either.  i like to live in the now when capping games for the most part.

NC state has a Good Defense. ACC has made its Run late in the season. Mike Teel scares me I have seen him on fire but I notice when he plays against good Defenses he usually gives up the ball. Im have to roll with the Points. I look for Nc State Defense to be the diffrence.

Rutgers covering this game looks pretty bleak right now. Schiano is calling this game like such a box...and the Rutgers kicker blows, costed us 4 points already...I hope Rutgers really starts to open it up in the second half so I can at least hopefully get the over

Yep. This isI'm afraid. Rutgers isn't playing all that bad, but NC State is giving much more effort and getting all the big hustle plays on 3rd downs. Their QB is nice and Teel looks like a chump missing wide open guys and overthrowing everybody.

NC State has had only three 1st half unders this year.  All three games went over in the 2nd half.
 
I gotta believe that Rutgers gets a couple of TDs in the next half and NC State hangs with them.

Over 28.5 Second Half Rutgers will give Teel more time and that means more big plays. Donpt think Rutgers will come back to win the game, but they will start throwing the ball
