SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP)—Notre Dame tight end Will Yeatman can practice but can’t
play until prosecutors decide whether to formally press alcohol-related charges
against him, coach Charlie Weis said Tuesday.
“Until further notice, I’ve decided to hold Will Yeatman from competition
until his matter is resolved,” Weis said.

Exactly what I was thinking. Purdue is coming off a nice win against a solid Central Michigan team. Hopefully that gives Painter some confidence because he hasn't been that good this year. Clausen is the most overhyped ND recruit since Ron Paulus.

Notre Dame is still pathetic because they've taken a huge drop at QB.....Clausen is indeed the most overhyped ND QB of all time.....Plus they have the most overhyped coach of all time....Just an amazing judge of talent.....

Irish D did a great job last week containing Ringer...Offense had critical turnovers in Red Zone or things would have been different. Irish need to find a running game or they will be in trouble, however. If they can even have a mediocre running game plus eliminate turnovers...they should be able to take this one.
If they lose they will slide back into last years dark hole....must win!!

Jimmie was sacked 58 times last year........that was an NCAA D1 record. He has been sacked 3 times this year. He was surrounded by freshmen last year and is throwing to 2 of them today.....TE and WR. He throws one of the better deep balls in the country........problem is they only try it at best once per game on average. As a season long starting freshmen under enormous pressure, he finished with the second lowest inception total in school history with 6. This will be a very close game.........and the OVER is the best play......not a side!!! Good luck to your Sooners.......TCU will be a tough test today.
