You can make adjustments to your teams overall schemes, but not to player tendencies. Specific players have tendencies (i.e. playing inside shade of the WR when in cover 1) that coaches pick up which are very advantageous. I agree though, he is not working with much and they won't hang in the whole game as WV should cover...but I would personally stray away from first half.

Against Ohio St. it looked to me like Marshall's coaches were making some crazy play calls. Like running the same plays repeatedly. Almost like they were treating the game like an exhibition. I think they game plan and come to play against an in state rival

Bill Stewart is not a very good coach. He's just a West Virginia good ol'boy. Expect turnovers and penalties to keep the Herd in this game, much like Auburn did last night v. MSU.

He may know WV's Players because they were once his, but he didn't bring them with him.WV wins and covers with ease.

I'm laying the points too, but had a lack luster performance in week 1 of NCAAF so who knows...

Aloha bro!

I was actually leaning on WV and thinking if and how will Marshall stop Devine from running it down their throats.Marshall allowed over 280 yds rushing last week against Ohio st...Just imagining how will they stop Noel Devine.

I think Devine will have a big game in this one and that should open up the passing lanes for WV sophmore QB Geno Smith.

Still thinking on this one...

Marshall bounces back pretty well as a home dog off a straight up and against the spread loss. I'll go with the trend and take the 13.5.... Maybe a new coach is just what the Herd needs to win the Battle of the Mountain State. I'll be happy with a cover.

Tell me where you're getting 13.5??

BetUs has Marshall +14. Was hoping to get WVU at -12 like everyone else seems to have but still thinking i'll take the 14. Only thing concerning me is the Doc Holliday thing so i'm not gonna be putting up the farm.... Otherwise I would be all over WVU.
