Hopefully somebody can help me out here, I've left 5 other messages with no response........ I click on unfollow and I continue to receive emails. What is the problem?

 Hi! Sorry you're having issues. Can you tell me please where you are clicking the Unfollow? Is it within your own profile under the "Following" tab? Or are you going directly to the user's profile and clicking it there?
