at the time of your post 1, Germany was arguably NOT one of the best teams in the tournament...proof is all around you.

shocking result and that's why they play the games instead of on paper...you're right about the end result, but claiming they were the best team in this event is an insult to the likes of Belgium, Brazil, Uruguay, and a few others...

There was someone on the The Ringer (Ryan O'Hanlon) who predicted Germany would get knocked out in the group stages and he turned out to be right....Its 3 games and anything can happen and he was right...
