I recently looked into the possibility off my opening a 5 Guys ... only to find out that they sell territories, and the location that I had in mind was covered by someone else.

so wack them out and you can open wherever you want ,,,  or wait until they open ..then just sell them fire insurance..

5 Guys is good, but not nearly as good as Smashburger.  Now that is the best damn burger around.

I think they have made improvement on their fries... In the past it would be just an oily clump in the bag...  I wouldnt say they are great and the better then the burgers...  but much better...

Not a fan.  Find the meat dry.  Don't like their cheese and the fries are burnt.

Not only does their food not taste good.  May be the worst hamburger out there.

If Long John Silver's made a hamburger, would probably give that a whirl.

And they make a big deal out of their free toppings?  Big whoopty do.

Who the heck wants A1 steak sauce on their burger?

They act like they are flame grilling burgers and grinding up sirloin or something.  Any restaurant or bar has a better burger.  And all but one fast food chain has a better burger.

The loser is Burger King.  I don't know what they did but they somehow ruined what was once a good burger.

IMHO, 5 Guys is a hamburger joint, not fast food. But I would put Fuddrucker's slightly above 5G's.

For actual fast food burgers though, I'm partial to either Sonic or Burger King, with Wendy's a very close 3rd. All 3 are close enough where the particular store can make the difference.
