you fail. Calorie is calorie, all it matters is if you meet your macro for the day. Yes, you can eat WHATEVER as long as your under your daily macro for that day. and there has been studies eating 6-7 meals a day doesn't speed up your metabolism
it depends on what you mean by the healthiest foods. i suppose you can gain weight by eating the healthiest foods, as i understand them, but it would be difficult. the idea of eating the right foods is you are eating what your body wants and needs. those foods will fill you up, unlike a bag of baked potato chips or twinkies like that guy. if you are eating quality calroies in the amounts your body needs and uses, there shouldn't be any reason to eat more unless you have an eating disorder.
if you are eating crap and trying to stop at some artificially set number of calories, that's not sustainable.
summer, fruit can be high in carbs which isn't ideal but fruit is still better than most foods that are high in carbs. in other words, if you are going to eat carbs, fruits are better than a lot of carbs because they offer other benefits.
that being said, i'd say just about any vegetable is good. as for fruits, these are some of the better ones- all berries, apricots, grapefruit, kiwi, pruines, dates, guava.
these are some of the ones you'd want to eat less of: bananas, pears, grapes, watermelon, mango, i.e. the sweeter ones.
i eat all fruit but if you really wanted a strict diet, some are better than others.
