Did you ever post a shrimp fried rice recipe?  I'm a pretty decent cook, but my fried rice blows.

 Since I posted this I have started using Nacho cheese in the Mac exclusively, 1-12oz. can works great and real cheesy...

Has anyone else tried this recipe according to the instructions?  I have a late Thanksgiving pot luck with friends, and I can't cook for shit.  I remembered reading this a long time ago, and thought it would be a great side.  I want to give it a try, but just want to make sure the instructions are perfect.  I don't want to screw it up, esp. if I don't have a backup plan.
