Doesnt anybody have any advice on what pills work the best. That Nuphedrine stuff is extremely expensive and I have read reviews and it sounds pretty good. I would imagine with my routine it would speed the process up but I am not sure. My metabolism is very slow compared to others who can eat doublecheeseburgers all day long and not gain a pound..

200 should be plenty... 300 would turn him into a walking biohazard.
Ephedra needs to be stacked with caffeine. It's probably the cheapest and most effective "diet pill". I've heard estimates that it helps burn about 200-300 extra cals a day. It does elevate your HR so I wouldn't recommend doing cardio within 4 hours after taking a dose.
