Oh boy you just don't get. Weight training and nutrition is something I read about/ research on a consistent basis. It is not something you do in 15 minutes. Maybe instead of just looking for answers on a forum you should go do some actual reading, that is of course if you know how to read.

I had a feeling when I saw that my thread about eating 3 eggs was at 43 responses that it wasn't all productive information.  BUT I think I have a much better idea about what I need to be doing. 

Post workout I always do the same thing.  Take creatine with a bottle of Powerade (someone told me I needed to get the carbs from the drink to take with the creatine). As I am drinking that I make 3 eggs. I eat them while drinking a large protein shake.  I like this routine but if anyone has any suggestions I am all ears.
