It's long and only read the first page........ been saying this for years...... just cuz you eat it doesn't get it into your bloodstream. Very few things actually get into the bloodstream other than alcohol.
Began in 1948, and there have been over 15,000 participants- over three generations. Over 1,200 research articles in leading journals.
They say "There is no correlation between dietary cholesterol intake and blood cholesterol levels" and "Framingham residents who ate the most cholesterol, saturated fat, and total calories actually weighed the least and were the most physically active"
Reading a great book that covers all of this, and was actually recommended to me by Dirty- The Primal Blueprint reprogram your genes for effortless weight loss, vibrant health, and boundless energy- Really interesting shit, and very convincing of life-changing diets. And I'm only about 1/3 through it.
Thanks again, Dirty

If you slam your digestive system and organs with anything...... good shit won't happen.
That's why need a "balanced" diet.
Yo Sleazy!!!!....... your zero carb thing may burn fat but I guarantee it's not good for you.
The body wasn't designed to lose or gain weight that quickly anyway.
Should only lose a few pounds a month with it. Its all about the insulin levels. When you eat a high carb diet, it spikes insulin production. When that happens, the cells of muscles and liver become maxed out with glycogen, thats glucose stored. When that happens, the cells essentially shut down, or turn into storage receptors, not releasing the glycogen for energy. This causes carb cravings, and these carbs by pass the maxed out cells, and go straight to fat storage. If change to a low carb diet, and insulin production is in line, and the cells release the glycogen for energy. over long periods of no ingestion the body then attacks the fat for energy, as apposed to breaking down muscle tissue.....
Or so I've come to understand it...
