Just out of curiousity, what's your motivation? I myself have managed to go from 190 at the start of May to around the 170 mark running treadmill everyday for an hour. For me, it has nothing to do with health (pack a day smoker), and everything to with aesthetics (I just want to be able to take my shirt off without feeling self-conscious).
Keep up the good work!

Been almost a year and after going up and down from 225 to 240 I now tip the scales at 213.
I want to get to 200 bad. . Tough when I booze it up on the weekend. But I'm gonna do it.
