i didn't take this seriously last year, i feel like i have hit rock bottom 5'11'' 236, i went from 248 to 182 three years ago so i can do it. honestly once i get mentally ready it should be a breeze. i diet all day and binge eat at night. w/o the binge eating i think i would be 185, i see allot of people that are frustrated and hopeless mostly because they don't understand way they are fat, but i am fully aware
at 236 is it better to walk or run?
