It's the frequency not the duration that matters by the way. To keep the metabolim high. Doing three 10 minute somethings during the day is better than one 30 minute workout.
Bicycle Jumping Jacks Skip Rope Run Anything like that.

Once you get the diet figured out...... there are really no sacrifices in maintaining a weight you want. Just no pizza every other day but replace it with something better anyway. Reducing is kind of a pain in the ass tho. I dropped 13 pounds a couple years ago and was jonesing for ice cream every night. Quite painful. But also working out a lot.

at what time should i stop eating one day i realized about 50% of my cals are after 9pm
Big nono....... Guessing at least 3 hours before going to bed... at least. If lifting weights some cottage cheese or something before bed is fine though. Hell, some people wake up at 3:00 am and eat protein but they are training.
Why eat so late? Most of the time it's cuz the food isn't "available" durign the day. Can cook it at night but eat it for breakfast/brunch/lunch tho the next day.
That's where people get in trouble..... by not having the healthy food readily available and handy.

i woudn't worry about what time it is when you are eating. Eat when you are hungry. I eat 3 eggs and 1/4 lb of bacon every day to lose weight. lost 70 lbs in about six montsh
