fcuking gym employees / personal trainers who think they need to be part of the show. I was midway through a set of squats once and this annoying little dumpling strolls by and asks if I'm using the plates that are stacked on the spiggots of the power rack I was using !??!

I hate it when some pencil neck asks you for a spot when he's benching 135.....wtf????  #2 would be some dick using my straps when i'm doing shrugs,and picks them up when i go to the drinking fountain....or #3......i load up the bench,but go to the chalk box to chalk up my hands,and some douche takes a 45 pound plate off one side. There is a  gym etiquette that needs to be shown/taught  when newbies are being trained or first signed up just like there is etiquette  on the putting green.

Thats crazy you quoted this because my Gym does too on the first monday of every month. Do you go to planet fitness in Michigan?

So your saying your too strong and selfish to spot someone who can't lift as much weight as you?  Guys like this are what annoy me at the gym.  Too conceited to share "their" gym with non roid-heads.

The guy that grunts at the top of his lungs just so you know how INTENSE he is.  Added dickhead bonus points if you drop or slam the weights afterwards.
 
People who use the taller water fountain to fill their water bottles for 5 minutes, leaving you bending over to use the midget one.
 
Morons who will talk on their cell phones for 5 minutes in between sets, but never get out of the way to let you work in.

Oh, and one last thing, probly my biggest annoyance...
 
Dudes who get bare ass naked in the locker room, then proceed to sit their sweaty bare assholes on the benches infront of the locker.  Keep your God damn pants on or at least lay a towel down... pig.
