Regarding the number of threads displayed on mobile: it will be impossible for us to display as many threads as the old forum had on mobile because the old forum did not have a mobile view and it would simply display the desktop view on your mobile device.
We have designed the new forum with mobile accessibility and design guidelines in mind to ensure that it is functional on all devices. Having said that, our long standing and loyal users are very important to us which is why we have been doing everything possible within the guidelines to display as many threads as possible.
I understand that this might not be answer that many of you are looking for but I encourage you to test any modern community platform such a reddit on your mobile to see how it looks.

Hi CrusCrnshw, I will point you to the above quote from Covers-Sam regarding the change in the number of viewable threads. Unfortunately, we are somewhat hamstrung regarding this particular issue but will continue to look at ways to address this concern. If there is anything else you would like to see please let us know. C-T
In other words go fist yourself. The feedback you have got got from members who have been here for years is this format sucks dikks. Sure it will get better. Image not approved.

The emoji lists are the same on all browsers, this may be a caching issue on chrome for your device, if on desktop a hard reset generally works for this within your browser. This can easily be done by pressing control and F5 together while on a desktop. For mobile you would have to clear your browsing data and cached images and files within your browser settings. This has helped users with similar issues to yours.

No really forum feedback but you should put a live game tracker bar on the top strip above the logo and forum, experts, contests along with a little indicator with that block if someone scores. it can be a moving one to show more sports:
indicator example (show for a couple seconds when they score):
NHL NBA
caps 2 2PerEnd KINGS Bucks 10 9:02 Q1
bruins 2 GOAL! 2-0 Cavs 8

Thank you for finally "taking out the trash" with the ban of Swoopypicks and moving straightbets to the PB. Maybe now there is a chnace for the other members to have a somewhat positive experience again.
The forum is still hard to read, perhaps you could somehow mimic the old format color contrast to make easier?

Hello,
Thanks for the feedback. We are looking to restore the 'Hot Matchups' tracker within the Forums that you see on the Covers homepage on desktop. Your suggestion there has been noted for potential enhancements down the road.

Hi SportsIntuition,
Thanks for reaching out. We added some alternating shading to the new forum and darkened the font to help with readability. Are you referring to the main forum pages or within individual threads that you are still finding difficult to read?

Hi Hollywood07,We are not able to keep two forum layouts moving forward but are working to improve the current version with the continued feedback. If there is anything you would like to see included please let us know. C-T
Yeah would be great if we could see more than three topics under the thread at once, like the old desktop version. The new mobile version it’s just different in a worse way.

Not a fan of the new layout. Fully agree it has made it much harder to read and because of this I have found myself using the site much less than before. Didn’t think there was anything wrong with the old forum.

We have made some changed to the font and background to help reduce the amount of blank space. Did you have any specifics that make the pages hard to read? We would love to hear what you would like to see change to make it easier to read or on the eye's in general.

Just want to let you all know that the video ad that scrolled along the bottom left hand of the page has now been removed from all pages on Covers. We will continue to be removing ads across all pages in the coming weeks/months.
If there are any specific ads that seem more intrusive than others, or specific ad placements that you would like to see removed, we would like to hear about it!

You need a "block user" button in the worst way...and you have needed it from day 1...you have known that you needed a "block" or "ignore" button for at least 20 years and you have not implemented one...
This is not hard to do...
Please get this done so I don't have to keep reading the trash/trolls/haters/BS and can then only communicate with serious people...
OH...and the new forum STILL SUCKS...
I continue to debate whether it's worth staying or not..but if you don't get a "block" or "ignore" feature...that might be the final straw...
PM for the skinny on the down low
