5Dimes ACH

just curious to see if anyone here use this feature.  I made a request yesterday and today my 5dimes account reflect the amount. 

Wondering if anyone has used this and if so, how long did it take before it shows up in your bank account.

Of course PEOPLE use this. Why not call 5dimes and ask them the answers you seek. Or better yet I am sure you already did ask them.

I did, 2-5 business days.  But Just want to hear people's experiences, that is all.  Leaving to Florida for a little trip, and it would be nice to have the extra cash to spend while there.

Hey Jay let me know how that payout works out for you. I just switched from Bodog to 5dimes and was curious how those ACH payouts worked. I guess it's just a bank transfer and you sit back and wait for your money. 

I requested Tuesday and still nothing.  3 days so far, so I'll wait til Tuesday next week.  Hope I get it soon.

Jay, I requested on Monday ACH and still nothing as well. I'm hoping it reaches at least by Monday and no later than Wednesday.

They are DEFINITELY playing games.  I did a withdrawl on Monday as well and still nothing.  They told me this morning I would get it Monday -Tuesday.  I always gotten ACH payouts within 3 days at max.

This happened to me last year with them and they put the money back into my account.  5dimes does this once in a while to their customers to stall and try to get you to lose it.  I have been with them for over 5 years.   I am very dissatisfied and will be switching books if they play this game again.

If I stay with them, I will only do western union payouts moving forward. This is such BS.

Just talked to them via live chat. They said if I don't receive it by Monday to contact their accounting departing on Tuesday.

But why wouldn't I receive it? Shouldn't his answer be that it will definitely be there by Monday lol. Hmmmmm...

Anywhere from 3 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS people. Get a grip.

I called them today. I still haven't recieved my money, and now their great cs told me it can take up to 10 days. LOL

let me chime in...i always requested ach on mondays and have received them in 3 days tops. i would literally check my bank account online daily (yes I have a bit of ocd) and these ach payouts were da bomb...but the last 2 have taken significantly longer...i have still not received my last one which I requested on the 17th  

i requested one last monday and still have not received it. usually would receive them on friday when requesting one on monday.

Yeah me too.I never waited this long for an ACH from any company.

yea, It''ll be 5 business days tomorrow.  So hopefully, I'll get it tomorrow.  Hoping I get it sooner than 7 or 10 days as some have mentioned in here.

Did anyone get their ach from 5dimes. Again, I requested it last Monday, and today is 6 days and still never recieved.  I am expecting the money to go back into my account like they did to me last year or maybe they are just stealing it.  There is no way an ACH takes this long. I have done them before with 5 dimes and got my money in 3 days every time.

You mentioned that your last couple have been a lot longer.  How long exactly did they take?  

The money is coming from Canada. So any ACH done that day will be received in 1-2 days in a US bank. When they take the money out of your 5dimes account to do the ach, it doesn't actually get sent from the bank that day.  That is the delay. They hold onto it for as long as they want.  When they actually send it from their bank, it gets to us in 1-2 days. So they know exactly when we should get our money. If they are saying 10 days, then they don't plan on sending us anything until Thursday.  Just my 2 cents.  I just hope they are not closing shop. I had another book owe me $4k, and they did the same thing. THey kept delaying, delaying, and finally their website was gone. 

 

 

I only used ACH one time before and it didnt take this long.  Today is the 5th business day and still nothing.  Quite disappointing.  I'll wait for day 7 before I contact them.

What do they want me to wait on? Tony's bowels to open up? This is so fucking stupid. When Kim said "so we can put the money back to your 5Dimes account"..... I don't want the fucking money in my 5dimes, that's why I requested a withdrawal!

Seriously guys, this is the first time I'm requesting payout from 5dimes and it's not a good experience. I've never been screwed by a sportsbook before. I even got paid by sportsbook.com a few years back and I was always with BetJm until they closed up and they would pay me faster than a premature ejaculation.

I'm so pissed right now because I know I'm getting the runaround from 5dimes. No ACH payment should take this long.
