THis is a complete lie. The processor stole the money. There is ZERO chance of hitting our bank accounts....And 5dimes knows this and has known this for 2 weeks.

Of course not...They won't do that either..Really, $200 is going to break the bank after I have waited 3 weeks for my 2k. I refuse to deposit with them until I get resolution and I told them if they did something positive for the ach victims today, they would get a bunch of business from other players lurking on the boards. Just remember, when you chat with them, keep in mind your money was stolen/lost. Its not coming back to them, and it's not going to hit our bank accts, and NO ONE has gotten 1 cent from 10/17 on from A C H. They are lying to you to save face. Let them know that you know this and stick to your guns. Let's turn up the heat to try to get them to give us our money back at least next week. I know I said I could be patient and wait, but since they havent' come clean yet with anyone here, they may try to push another week or 2 next week.

what do you mean by quit being cheap? we get tact with a fee just like WU and MG.

The fee is a little higher when you use those methods. Why not just use WU/MG?
b/c ACH is more convienient since it goes straight to the bank and I got my money the 1st time around. Nothing against WU/MG at all. If we didnt have this ACH problem right now, it wouldnt be an issue. I dont mind going the WU/MG route...

spoke to cs this morning........check back after 11am and talk to accounting...
And when I call to speak with accounting, they will tell me they don't open til noon.. And when I call at noon, the cs rep will tell me they are not available and they can help me.....
When I ask about the ach with the cs rep, they will tell me to wait til 5pm on Wed. and the circle jerk will continue.......

The person told him that the processor basically ripped them off with ach payouts from 10/17-21st. He asked so is everyone screwed? The Acct person said they will refund their accounts eventually. That's all he got as he was requesting his own payout. Again, no dates, and I already said the Processor stole the $$.

that bring your account balance to zero, it will be your sole
responsibility to settle your 5Dimes balance back to zero within 24
