I just received my first withdrawl check from 5 dimes and it bounced.  Did this ever happen to anyone else??&#xD;&#xA;The check says its from TLC Global and The Royal Bank Of Canada...

I have never had a check bounce.  I&#x27;m sure when you call them they will make it right.

They made it right and I made them give me the overnight mail fee........customer service was horrible and bounce me a check once shame on you, do it twice shame on me...........I&#x27;ve never looked back after leaving them.

So what happened? Did you call them or email them? How did they make it right, did they send you a new check from a different company other than "TLC Global"

5Dimes reputation is stellar, and that alone makes me doubt the claim, there has not been any other similar claims over YEARS

You are a fool.  Many checks have been bounced not only by 5 Dimes, but as well The Greek and BetJam, last week checks from TLC Global (a 3rd party processor) went under. Withdrawal from Bank Wire, its gonna take a while before they find another processor.

It is suspicious the poster is new with only one post.  I have neverhad any problem with 5dimes in the payout process.  They arevery prompt.  My only gripe with them and all the other booksis the deposit.  I hate having to go to the store to send a MG.

I had the exact same issue with the same company and the same bank.

My bank said when federal reserve tried to collect money from Canadian bank, the canadian bank said account with TLC Global was closed, and boom check was returned to me.

I already fixed this with thegreek, but it was not a pleasant experience.

I had to drive to the bank, get a copy of check, and a copy of my bank statement showing the returned check.

You don&#x27;t "accidently" bounce a check if you are financially ok, just doesn&#x27;t happpen.

Heritage check bounced yesterday-received notice from my credit union today-Heritage "said:' they would issue a free money gram today and credit me 15.00 for the returned check fee. I must say they have been ok up till my first payout request. Will keep COVERS posted since I joined the COVERS promo. What a waste of time,

aww crap, I requested a check from 5dimes yesterday.  I&#x27;ve gotten one check from them before from the RBC and everything went through smoothly.  Hope there&#x27;s nothing wrong this time.

help me out with something.... 5 dimes has always been good to me and i have withdrew tens of thousands from them. (lost tens of thousands as well).

&#xD;&#xA;Bank wire might be the best option at Heritage. I requested a withdrawal for a little over 5 thousand yesterday morning at 11am, it was in my account at 5pm today. I have never had a bank wire in my account so fast, they told me 3-5 business days and it got to me 1 day.

Heritage came through above and beyond the call of duty-they were all over getting things fixed-kept their word to the letter and called me at home to make sure everything was straight. I was away when they called-but they thru in a 100.00 free wager to boot. &#xD;&#xA;Hey Sportsfan,&#xD;&#xA;I did some digging and I dont think this is a lie. This is the explanation I got from one of my industry contacts.&#xD;&#xA;One of the check processing companies had to change an account therefore some pending pieces out there unfortunately did get returned. It has been resolved and we&#x2019;re informed all is fine.   &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;From time to time things happen that are out of the spoertbooks controll and from what I can tell this is one of thiose times.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;If asnyone has had a bounced cheque let the sportbook know and they will send you another one and that cheque should be good.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Lou.
