5Dimes Check Delay

Greetings!
We have just been informed by our Courier Check Processor that all checks processed from November 28th until today are going to be delayed. Also, it is possible that we may not be able to provide you with the tracking number of your package.

We expect all checks to be received by the fifth or sixth business day after the processing date.

We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it is out of our direct control.

I'm assuming they meant October 28th.

Payout requested for lower 4 figures on Monday via FEDEX.  Received confirmation e-mail that payout was processed.  I e-mailed Wednesday just asking if they had a tracking number and received this response.

My first cashout from 5dimes since I needed some funds for personal use.

There a number of books that are having trouble now.  It's running in cycles.  Look for the next one to be during Superbowl week.

Looks like checks have been processed but they appear to have changes things on the funding page.

Checks now $60 instead of $30 and don't qualify for free payout

hey gardfather, even if there is a delay will it bounce?  have u ever had a problem with bounced checks from 5dimes?

Fees?? Who cares. I made a payout request from that dumpster book on Monday. Yes i paid my 40.00 for Fed Ex. Still waiting with my dick in my hand. So forget about the fucking fees, worry about getting your payout............STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOLIET.

5DIMES - are basically not reliable - currently - 24 hours into the process of tryin to get a WU $950.00 payout - one BS excuse after another  
Just wanted to put out little pub. serv. announcement re: the hacks @ 5 dimes. Keep in mind these folks will take virtually any Deposit (amount, frequency, etc.) and it's Instant.

Wdrawl - very different

Lotta BS YDay - eventually went past 1PM EST (their cut-off time for WU) - so they used that excuse. Spent a good deal of time Yday doing all I cud to get my account as ready (tagged, etc) for a W'drawl tday. Started bright and early @ 9am EST - was told: "All set - got all the info we need - we're 'running' @ about 45mins - so you should be able to call for a # in a while".

Waited 2 hours - called back - guy (stupid #3) said " I'm sorry the last guy u talked to gave u that info - it cud take up to 24 hours".

Wanted to reach through the receiver and rip....... Well, ya know. But if you put up too much off a stink they'll just freeze your account - something betjam does whenever I've tried to hold them responsible for their own 'guidelines.

FWIW I have had positive w'drawl experiences in the past - but it seems these folks are hit/miss deals at best. 

To paraphrase Forrest Gump:

Getting a w'drawl from most (multi-billion $$$) Sports Books is like a "box of chocolates".

I don't expect it to bounce and 5dimes kept me updated on the situation.

They have increased the fees to $60 for checks and it no longer qualifies for a free payout.

You must make a deposit first with WU to get a payout with WU.  Also, as stated before, the limits are much lower than for a check.  I was restricted to either paper checks or to an ACH transfer.

The check was actually sent on Monday of this week because of the delay in processing.  So it actually was sent overnight it just took some time to arrive.  Checks come from Canada on a US bank

hope this works for you.  5 dimes is having too many negative comments lately and of course i just switched to them from sportsbook.com.  hopefully theyve gotten their shit figured out and that was only a temporary issue.

Same problem for me as well.  Made a fedex w/d on Monday, still hasn't been sent.  Contacted them a few times and they keep saying fedex hasn't picked it up yet.  Fedex will pick up anything you want, the problem is there is nothing for them to pick up.  Got an email today saying that it might ship today or tomorrow morning.  Sure hope they do send one because I've been with them for over 10 years and never really had any problems with payouts.
