I spoke to Jon from betislands and he apologized for the delay and will send the money P2P over the next couple days..sounded like a very nice guy and took care of things quickly. I was never really worried about the money but i just dont like hearing the word delay when request a payout

after emailing Jon i got a call from customer service telling me they could send me $700 via moneygram, which they did. I know most of you reading this dont give a garbage one way or another but i think since i started a thread mentioning the fact they were having a delay in payment i should follow up on the situation.

Europa,
Only a few times in the many years of playing offshore have i ever been asked why im receiving or sending money..i just tell them i have some business i take care of out there..nobody has ever followed up with what kind of business, i think they figure out by the vague way i answer the question that i dont really want to talk about it.

CFBLMONSTER,
Doesn't sound too good, and im surprised to hear your situation because until this week i have only heard good things about betislands payouts. I talked to the boss Jon on Wednesday and he told me i was going to get three $975 payouts between thirsday and friday..i got a $700 MG payout last night and when i called today i was told they might be able to get me another $700 payout today..on one hand im happy to get some payouts but the bottom line is it doesn't look like im going to get what Jon told me i was going to get. I have been getting my behind kicked this year so this issue is pretty annoying..i wish there would have been delays on some deposits that i sent and lost, but that never happens, only delays with withdrawals. Im hoping this is just a temporary problem caused by a processor or something of that nature but it has to raise some eyebrows when the boss tells me im getting a certain amount of payouts and he doesn't come thru for me..we will see what happens in the coming days..i will update what happens with me.

I used betislands for the first time last year and didn't have any problems - I actually liked their book despite the low limits. I have used numerous sportsbooks over the years and never experienced this. Not sure what everyone else experiences but when I call I am told only Jon or Ryan can help. My main struggle is not getting answers and being told false information. These guys have told me 3 times the past 2 weeks that money would be sent via wu/mg. During this time they also cut my limits and got rid of my free half pt with no communication. I am not sure what is going with this book but it isn't right. Tried calling again yesterday and sent an email and still no response. My next step will be the OSGA - maybe they can help with this. With the amount of money I have in there it will take months to get it out at this rate.

i hear ya.. i wouldnt be too concerned about actually getting paid..but it definately has to be irritating that it doesnt seem like they are living by their word,, i am a big supporter of BI and actually have never had a payout problem.. but that being said, something fishy is going on over there..i just hope they get it straightened out soon..i have seen a couple of slow pay complaints also at another website..they have prided themselves on their payouts... its how they have earned their respect .. so i dont get these delays
