Bet Islands payout delays

I requested money orders for $3000 on November 27th..the day i started this thread. Im fine with waiting until next monday for them to send it if thats really going to be the case..just seems odd that i would request a check first and be getting it next week..you request it after me and it's this friday. Im fine with waiting as i said, but i just hope the stories we are getting are accurate....Did they take the money from your account yet?

I was reading some posts at another forum and things dont seem to be looking good with payouts.

cuwgolfer, can you let us know when they remove the money from your account? i will do the same, but you were told you will get your check this friday so yours should be taken out first..when the money is out of the account at least thats a good sign the payout is being processed.

I requested a payout yesterday for $3000  and they said it would be sent out monday..today i decided i would call back and see if i could change it to $5000 because it hasnt been processed yet.. i speak to a guy named Rudy who tells me he doesn't see anything in my account that says i requested a payout yesterday..im one of the lucky ones to have received three p2p payouts since November 27th, but im to the point now where i have absolutely zero confidence that anything im told at betislands is true. They have to cleanup this customer service nightmare. If i didn't call today to change my payout amount i would just be waiting next week for a payout that wouldn't have arrived because it was never in the system..of course it still might not be in the system, i will have to call back later this week to make sure the guy i spoke to today did his job correctly.

Kelly: let me tell you what's going on. Right now we're sending and receiving a great amount of money on a daily basis and we don't want to raise a flag with either WU or MG since those are our payment methods.

Any update on your payout request? is the money still in your account? nothing new on my end..my money is still sitting in my account.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but i wouldn't count on that check coming this week..i dont know if you have been following the situation over at sportsbookreview but nobody is getting the money today as they were promised..its more of the same stories, delays..they are waiting for the processor.
