The thing that concerns me is being lied to and having my emails being ignored by Jon who was so professional in his first and only email to me..i dont think i have been too much of a pain in the A$$, i have called a handul of times and sent Jon a couple emails but i have always been calm and respectful..i have lost far more money than i have won at Bet islands so not sure why they are choosing me to give the middle finger to.

I received another moneygram payout for $700..not the $975 WU i was expecting but at least they gave me another payout.. I spoke to Kelly from customer service, she seems like a very nice lady..so far i have gotten two payouts totaling $1,400..it's not what i was expecting but it could be worse..at least they made the effort to make some payments.

I have never been questioned from western union or moneygram when picking up money...i have been blocked when making deposits in the past..the first time i was blocked i opened another account using my first, middle, and last name with a different phone number..that eventually got blocked..then i switched back to using just my first and last name but with a different address and phone number. It's impossible for them to stop people from sending money.

Jason, its good you are getting some money. I still have received nothing. Sent email to Jon and Ryan Friday. I got a response from Ryan saying he would contact Jon and workout a payout via money gram and western union I have 10 grand in payouts pending for a month now I submitted a complaint to the OSGA today. They respondes saying they have a good relationship with BI and already sent an email to Jon. So we will see if that lights a fire under their behind or not. I wll keep you posted. If anyone else is reading I would strongly recommend not using this book right now.

I contacted betislands to see when i can get my next payout, i was told i would not get another payout until further notice from upper management..when i asked for an explanation i was just told the same thing in slightly different words..she said upper management will contact you when you can get another payout...doesn't sound good.

That the thing Europa, i shouldn't have to pluck along..this is sad when the offshore betting for Americans has denigrated this much to where this is seen as acceptable..there is a guy that posted in this thread name rarafromphilly who read about the problems im having getting my money and the other guy who has been getting delayed weeks..even after reading this rarafromphilly was singing the praises of betislands, thats just amazing that people could read about the things that are going on there and still continue to have a high opinion of them..i guess when the options are so few for us Americans peoples expectations are a lot less...or maybe there are just a lot of stupid people who are going to put up with whatever they have to just to get in the next bet.

I'm in the same situation and was told thesame this morning. I got a 2500 request in last sat and have over 4800 total and was told they have new upper management and my accounting is being reviewed and from there they will determine if I get a payout or not.

I contacted them..Kelly said the money orders were back andc i requested one for 3k..only down side is they wont be sent until next monday..a week seems to be a long time foe some money orders to be sent..hope it's all back to normal, time will tell.

i just talked to them also. 2500 is getting sent via check today and i will get it friday. ive never recieved a check before from them so hopfully my bank doesnt give me crap. they said their checks are sent from the us so that is nice
