Give me my money back BetPhoenix. You guys have changed the rules and I'm not a fan. Give me my money back please...or at least quit being cowardly. Richard told me he'd look into lowering limits for me and never did squat.

I am at the end with Bet Phoenix too. I was very loyal and of course, a good customer, since I deposited often. What turns my face red is the payout processes. FInally I get a huge payout after the week of gambling career, call in for payout and they tell me 850 min on a MoneyGram 24-48 hours, or 2k max on two 1k checks which will take 10 bus days. okay so I do not have the gift of self-control and discipline so while the payout processes, the money is left in the account at BP and all I need was about 12 hours to wipe out all my winnings, very evil but thats for another day. Then I deposit with a CC and run the account up again and call for a payout and I am told the CC rules are 10 day hold on the CC (even though it cleared and I have used the CC before) so once again no willpower and I am cleaned out again in a couple days. I could put my fist thru a wall thinking about it. I just cannot do business with them anymore, I lose one way or another. I am not bright enough to just stop betting while they work on payout, they know that and this is a blatant 2nd attempt to take customer winnings, I am finished with BP and shopping for a new book, hopefully it can't get any worse. Thanks.

I stopped using Bet Phoenix when Richard stopped responding to all e-mails... and really disappeared from the forum here as well. Not to mention they cold call me looking for deposits once a month or so.
