I haven't called yet, but will if it's not in there by tomorrow afternoon.  I'm really hoping this goes in; I have some xmas shopping to do! 

Junior & Crown - I can tell you both this:  Once you request a payout, it normally takes a day or two in the ready to pay queue.

The payment then goes into the paid status.  When that happened via check it took 3-5 days to get to your house.  I can most likely get you an answer, if you wish?

Rocket...thanks.  To my understanding they don't do checks anymore.  Just direct credit.

Yes Crown... mine has shown paid for almost 4 weeks now. Still no money in my account.

Some of the "Account Managers" you speak with will tell you 7 to 10 days. Others will say it's usually done in 4 days. Obviously weekends done not apply. It's just like Rocket says when all of the mysterious factors they claim are involved are aligned. A day or two to get approved, another couple of days for it to show as paid, and the amount deducted from your balance and then 7 to 10 days from the time they remove it from your BetUS account for the mysterious "Processor" to get it into your bank account. If  it does not show within that 7-10 day time frame, after it is withdrawn from your account, they will tell you to wait another week. They love to tell people "Friday" not just me, lots of people. If Friday comes around and you still don't have it... I assume you would call on Monday. Then they will bullshit you in a very common, almost scripted fashion, stroking you ever so gently, sounding as if they really wish you got paid on time, but inevitably, they say..... it's beyond their control. They will blame it on the processor, end their call with you and move on to the next guy that was promised the world when they solicited his deposit and give him the very same story.

Of course some people do get paid on time. Again ...On-time would actually be about 14 days all together, which they consider to be fair.

 Other books have various options to withdraw. Other books have faster payout standards. Other books have fewer slow-pay complaints and all of those other books ALSO USE A "PROCESSOR". I would feel better about the whole situation with them if they just took a little responsibility. After all...didn't they choose the mysterious processor that is the source of all of the negative feedback they get in this forum as well as others?

Sadly, they now have the holidays to use as an additional excuse for why people do not actually receive the money owed to them within 7-10 calendar days. It's shameful! My bank will be open for business after Christmas and before New Years...how "bout yours?

Junior - I think they do Moneygram payouts?  You can get up to $1000 I think.  Pretty simple if I recall, you just go to a location you choose, and the cash is waiting.  Just a thought for you. 

3% is also right, some do get paid quicker than others I think?  This may depend on what type/size player you are?  Let me give them a call, check back shortly and see what I come up with.

I just talked to them and they told me that nobody would be getting paid until after the 4th of January.  He said all their banks they used are closed for holidays.  WTF?  Nobody told me that last week?  He said that's because all the people that were here last week were college students, now we have only the VIP account reps.  This book is a joke.  I'm done with them.   BETUS...YOU SUCK!

Haha, I just called back again and was told since I was "paid" on the 20th, I will be paid in 7-10 business days and to be patient.  Joke.

3% - That was when they issued checks.  I have yet to requset a payout via direct deposit.  Now if the above stories are true (and I assume they are), the payment seems slow.

What I will say is this:  If you depsoit via debit, they hold the deposit for as many as ten days.  In lieu of that fact, maybe that has something to do with the slow payoff?

I do the following:  Deposit through Moneygram.  Done in 30 minutes total.  Sometimes I take the bonus, sometimes I don't (depends on how much money I plan on playing, to insure I make the rollovers).

Payouts - via check were simple.  I cannot comment on the direct deposit,  The site states the banks are closed for the holidays, but the payouts may have gone out already?

They can request a minimum withdrawal of $50 to a maximum of $5,000, as for the fees they vary from $10-$40 depending on the amount you wish to take out.

 That would have no relevance on my particular situation. All of my deposits were made and cleared well before I requested any payouts. More than 30 days. I have not taken a bonus, so there are no rollover issues. All of my documentation is in and has been for many years. I've been a model customer and have never complained to them about anything.

I know that there are a lot of people out there that take some free play and may not understand rollover. Others may have NSF issues or deposits reversals during their history with a book that would cause reasonable delays. That's just not the case with me. I have never had a single issue with them. No dependencies over balances, wagers, line moves, nothing. The simple fact here is they are slow paying me with no good explanation. Simply telling me that it's paid, removing it from my account, and claiming it's the responsibility of the processor is just not acceptable. It's only a couple of grand, so I'm just baffled by the hold up.It's the way they handle it that needs to be addressed in my opinion. I would be equally offended if they treated me this way over $25.

Well said. I agree it felt a little bit like that to me as well. If it was that obvious to you it will be that obvious to others.

well...i guess i'm in the same boat as you guys...i requested a withdraw earlier last week and still nothing in my bank account. I called them today and they told me Jan 4th. Fucking bullshit. They sure are quick when it comes to taking money from my credit cards, but slow as shit when they pay out..

Nothing this morning.  Requested on the 16th.  It's now 6 days since it went into paid status.  I guess some of them say to wait 7-10 days after it goes into paid status, so I will give it until the 31st before I call again.  I have run my book back up for another withdraw, but doubt I get it now even if I do get this one.

I'm really sorry to see that they are jerking so many people around. I am very pleased to see that we helped stop Makrosdad from making an uniformed decision that would have most likely turned into a nightmare if he had won money at BetUs.

These forums allow us to share information with one another. Ultimately shooting holes the excuses they give people over the phone that they are the exception and that most people get paid on time.

NO ONE HAS POSTED A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH BETUS IN MY OTHER THREAD!

I am very seriously considering paying one of the girls that works for me a couple of more dollars an hour to continuously post these negative experiences with BetUS on various forums and websites across the net all day. I'm thinking I  may also go so far as to put up my own anti-BetUS site. A little time and money with Google analytics..... and Bang! Anyone who comes across BetUS on the web will find my site as well, shedding light upon all of the misleading information their site provides and steering potential income in another direction.

What I am going to do.....is call a couple of poker playing friends of mine and see how much it will cost me to get them and their friends to wear anti BetUS apparel throughout the WPT and WSOP events this year. If I can make that happen, I will spend the money to get it done. That would really give me some traction.

I obviously do not care at this point if they pay may or not. I wrote it off as a loss when I didn't get it within a couple of weeks.

Don't get me wrong. The DOJ can't shut them down and they have been pulling the same shit with players for years. I'm sure that all of my efforts will not put a huge dent in anyone's pocket, and sure as hell won't change anything over there. I am still willing to pay for the satisfaction and peace of mind that I will get knowing I did not sit back and get fucked, only to say " Oh Well" and move on. If my efforts only cost them another $500 from a prospective sucker, then that's fine by me.

I too got screwed by BetUs and have since stayed away from their site. I have used Sportsbook for years and can say they have been very quick paying out. I have made 3 withdrawals this football season all for over $1000 and the longest ive waited is 10 days(they sent a check). This past week I made a withdrawal on Tuesday and the Check was here Friday. I"ve never been paid that fast. The only problem is explaining to the bankers where I got this check from(since its from a Canandian bank they suspect its a fraudulent check). All three have cleared.
