I  got my annual free gift offered to me this week as well. Betus has plenty of money to spend on golf balls, event tickets, football jerseys, calenders etc. I am still waiting on that payout though. I was promised it would be there by Friday. It was not.

Sadly, after all these years, I guess I am too. It sucks to think that after five or six years of building what you think is a good relationship, you come to find out your just another account number. They know there will be plenty of others to step in after your gone. And as long as they keep finding a way to get those CC deposits through, there will be plenty of people signing up, not even thinking about the hassle that may ensue when it comes time to get paid.

I have read horror stories about just about every book online. Now I want to know. Is there a book out there that does not put the customers through this hassle? Can anyone out there say they get the money when they are supposed to, every time? Or do we all get fucked around from time to time because they know in the end, we really have no recourse? I'm not talking about a few hundred bucks either. I'm asking, who gets there $1000 plus payouts when they are supposed to? And from who?

Exactly, it's like a little courtship with betus in the beginning. They'll get your withdrawls off fairly quickly and then eventually toss you out in the trash can. This so called "personal account rep" (how ridiculous) is nowhere to ever be found. He doesn't give two shits about you as long as he gets the comission off of your instant deposits. They all have bogus front names, bogus information, tales about transaction difficulties, on and on and fuckin on. I picture almost an exact setting out of the movie Glenn Gary Glenn Ross in that place - especially the meetings that they hold.

My banking transactions are in a tremendous cluster fuck thanks to BetUs and most definitely, once I am paid, will have the final laugh prior to my departure. I just got off the phone with one of the little 20 year olds named "Romo" who once again tells me 'sometime next week.' I thought of chewing his ass out but that would get me nowhere. I can only only speak from my personal experience that matchbook has never, and I mean never been more than one day late. That is over the course of 2.5 full baseball seasons and withdrawing an average of roughly 1,000 dollars.

I requested $1400 today via "direct credit" and it was approved by a supervisor in under an hour.  It's now in "ready to pay" status.  This is my first time withdrawing funds from them, so we will see.

I expect you will see it as "paid" when you go to the "track payout"
 tab. It"s not very functional as far as tracking is concerned. I am guessing and I hope that I'm wrong, but my gut tells me even though it shows paid within a day or two, you still won't have the money. Please let me know when you get it. I truly do hope that my problem is isolated and they are not going bad.....again.

I assume my post will be ridiculed as it is my first post here. I am a long time lurker but havent been motivated to sign up/ post on the forums. I am not masquerading as anyone, so please dont bombard me with comments that i work for betus. I have been with them for about a year. why you ask when there are obviously more reputable books Because of the ease of their credit card deposits. I cant be asked to do a WU or MG each and every time i want to play. Betus probably has the best acceptance ratio for CC deposits out there...

Anyways, i have deposited thousands with them over the year and payouts where never a question since luck wasnt going my way. Been on a huge run of late, however.. 

I have, since December 1st, been paid over five figures in payouts. all with their direct credit method. I request a payment (max is 5k) and its in my bank account within 3 days. So, knowing they have a bit of a bad reputation, im posting this just to alleviate some concerns players may have. feel free to pm me if you have any questions...

As of now, havent had any problems with them and am pleasantly surprised. Hope this helps

You are correct in your assumption. The first thing a reasonable person would think is "Why are you all of a sudden motivated to post speaking out on their behalf"? I do appreciate your input though, either way. If you are indeed getting paid, that's great. After all is said and done the thing I want to know the most is why I am not being paid in a timely fashion, especially if others are.Unfortunately, all I get is the same scripted B.S. about the processor. I was told 3K max, your saying 5k. Thats part of my problem with Betus at this time. Every week I get different information from them as well as forum guys on whats going on over there. I was also told the "direct credit" method is only available up to 1K and anything over that amount up to 3K will be sent as a wire transfer. All the while, still waiting on my 2K that shows paid since 12/01. Thanks for your input.

It's still in "Ready to Pay" status.  I called and talked with Clay yesterday and he told me it would probably stay that way until Monday. He told me I should expect to see my funds in my bank account 2-4 days after they disappear out of my SB account.  I just won another $400 last night, so the longer they take the more I take!  My account stayed well above my requested withdraw amount.

i have used mostly all of them, the last and best is betus.  never a problem with a crfedit cart.  they notify by email and remind you about your charges.  their operators are pro's and if you have a question they cannot answer they will transfer the call to a supervisor.  i recommend bank wire transfers for withdrawals.  the charge is a little higher but i found that it is worth it.  a withdrawal will show up in your bank account in about a week from the date you request it.  i always call and ask the withdrawal department when i want my money.  i get their name and extension if it goes more than five days and they always track it.  i recommend when you get a little bankroll to take some money off the top and test their system  i think you will be satisfied.  good luck  one final note only 3% of online gamblers ever make a withdrawal and according to betus i am in the top 1% for withdrawals adding in the total i have won from them.

All - The payouts depend on how you deposited your funds.  If you depsosited via your credit card, they sometimes hold your depsoit for 10 business days, thus the payout takes longer.  I can say this, I have collected big $$ from BETUS and they never screwed me, never!  If you read all of these threads, all of the on-line sportsbooks are NFG.  I personally depsoit through Moneygram - which takes 30 minutes.

Betus will jerk you around but eventually they will pay in my experience with them. IMO SBG GLOBAL and THE GREEK  for USA players are the best at paying out on time! Pinnacle for all non USA players.

I contacted customer service yesterday via email.  Per their response, it takes about 24-72 hours to process the payout and they don't process it on the weekends.  Given that...I did my request over the weekend...On Monday the account status was "Ready to Pay"...and as of this morning it shows "Paid".  They said it may take 7-10 business days to receive the $$$ in my bank account.  I will keep you all posted.  GL
