Yep, start with your arm and work thier way around your body. Sometimes will just shoot you in the head if they think they will never get paid.

No the book doesn't assault you.  It's his high priced hired goon that does. 

Ever see that scene out of Cape Fear where De Niro is getting his ass beat by the lawyers goons with crowbars and such, it'll be like that except your not De Niro and will get beat up, don't have a cool car or cool accent. It'll suck basically.
