A couple things though you keep saying all the good books go through processor issues from time time. I haven't found this true at all. In all of my years with VIP Sports, Gtbets, and Betjamaica I never had any of these issues or continuous advertising calls so your claims are not true. I got another call from Brad today. Heritage much be doing poorly lately as that is two advertising calls in less than a week now. I have also never experienced this from any top of the industry books before.
UL kid get that book in order again before I can try them out again or trust them with another deposit. I'd be willing to try them again but get the issues fixed my dude

Sad stuff being spewed in this thread. The story about Ben Reynolds is a really sad one of a book going from not calling people for deposits to degrading there would be customers.
I always thought this book was not built for the limelights and it is basically being proven truth. They are going down quickly but people with ignore it or take up for them until it is too late.

deezy tell me what sportsbook does not make occassional calls to there players ..you wager,,, SBG ,, just to name a few all make calls and any calls that i have had from the industry leader has been to make sure that i am enjoying my wagering and that everything is on the up and up ..and has far has this industry giant during poorly just go to OSGA or sportsbookreview or USA TODAY,, DANNY SHIEDIAN OR THE GOLDSHEET just to name a few that have given high praise to UL kid,

If this is a first class operation their processor issues shouldn't take a month to get fixed and the problem still hasn't even been resolved. heritage for how they run such a first calss operation...when bet jamica and all the other sportsbooks decided to close shop or not take US clients they all refer there players to one place,, because they know that this longtime industry leader has top of the line CS.. if not the fastest,,, top 3 fastest in payouts.. and to me that is all that matters....i have not heard one soul come on here and said heritage did not pay them or delayed there payments for weeks and weeks like a lot of these other books or in some cases years like world sports exchange has done...it easy to nick pick over little small stuff that every top book has from time to time but has long has i can receive my winning in lighting quick fashion i am happy and wager over the phone or online and be able to read there site when wagering quickly,, unlike your top rated book GTBETS.. lines all out of order and no phone wagering,, but i still think they are a close second to heritage being the old VIP... i use them also has a second or third option but until they can get phone wagering and get there lines in order plus faster payouts then we can move them up to that elite level ....

Don't waster your time. It's not a good a book anymore and no they don't accept credit card visa deposits anymore. None of the deposit attempts work with Visa. Good luck

I have been with Heritage for a while. Yes it's harder to use a card, but they pay quick and don't give the run around. I will pay a little more and have to leave the house to deal with a book like that. Also they did a Christmas bonus last year, not sure if they are this year. Not sure of how many books will throw $50-$500 into your account based on how much you bet with them.

Funny I played with Bet Jamaica and VIP for 7 years and never one received phone calls begging for deposits from the. Gtbets has also never called me, tell the truth.

I'm out with friends watching some games and want to place a wager.
Heritage: I take out my cell and call it in
GTbets: I have to leave to get to a computer to use the internet
I'm in a different state on vacation and want a payout.
Heritage:I take out my cell give them the info and picking it up next day
GTbets: Have to access the internet but wait until I'm home since they will only send it there.
I want to place a bet on a non "MAJOR" soccer game or rugby match.
Heritage: I take out my cell and do it.
GTbets: I drive to find internet access if not home and log in, only to find they don't offer it.
I have gotten calls from VIP, Betjam, and about every other book. I'm sure Heritage does it but they haven't called me.
With this said I am biased because they GTbets really hosed me on the Christmas gift.

You are very biased it's obvious. Heritage didn't give a Christmas gift to any players and you aren't complaining about that? Interesting. I deposited a ton this year at Heritage and received nothing for a Christmas gift either, when last year they gave Christmas free plays to everyone. I guess I was hosed by them along with many others that have been voicing their opinion about only getting double reward points at Heritage for December, which is a complete joke. I'm sure Gtbets offered you free cash for Xmas like they did to everyone else. I think you had to claim it by Christmas though to get it. I got mine.
As for the internet problem with wagering at Gtbets get a smart phone and you can lay wagers online on your phone at any time rather than calling it in. Really not a big deal.
Good luck to you! I've actually started using Heritage again as a secondary but their no bonus sucks just as much as you say Gtbets did to you. However, the calls from Heritage continue to be annoying
